Over great experience! The food was perfect and ambiance was nice! The best way to describe the food, it feels like a mother’s touch. I would recommend 10/10 recommend! The reason for the 4 stars, while the food tastes great, I think is a bit overpriced. I got the huevo ranchero while my partner got the chilaquiles and the portion was smaller than expected, it was a good breakfast portion but don’t know if it’s worth $13 per plate.

I felt like a breakfast burrito and did a search for Mexican breakfast and Con Huevos came up.
I had a burrito and my wife had a breakfast sandwich.
Bot were well made and delicious and delivered to our table quickly.
I highly recommend and we will be back soon.

Stopped in after an appointment at Advent Health across the street. I went with the huevos rancheros (cashier’s recommendation) and was glad I did — birria beef, over-medium eggs, seasoned refried beans, warm tortillas, and salsa cups made for a flavorful, satisfying breakfast.
My mom’s scrambled eggs with hash browns and toast were basic, and I don’t think her senior discount was applied. Prices are on the higher side, but the décor (hanging plants + colorful Mexican art) gives the small space a cozy, welcoming vibe. Friendly service and good food overall — for me, a 3.5 that I rounded down to 3 due to price.

Friendly crew at the counter and absolutely amazing food. Enjoyed a heavily sauced pork dish for breakfast, absolutely amazing! I’ll be thinking about this meal for a long time, and looking forward to my next trip to KC. I’m from Boston, and those baked beans and franks were amazing, too!

Very quaint and quick little breakfast place with an authentic twist. Small menu but plenty of options for the diet conscious or to fill your belly. Plenty of parking in a quiet shopping center. The restaurant is very clean, up to date and well maintained. I highly recommend.

I recently visited Con Huevos for breakfast. The food we tried was generally good—tasted fine—but the pancakes were definitely a miss. The lady working there was very sweet, and her friendly service stood out, but overall, the operation seemed a bit lacking in attention. Orders were coming out incomplete, and it felt like the place had just opened a month ago, with a few kinks still to work out. While the food had potential, the service and overall experience could definitely use some improvements.

Unassuming little place that serves simple Mexican breakfast and lunch. Prices are decent and food is simple but good. The ladies preparing the food are super friendly and very fast!.

Second time here for breakfast and absolutely delicious both times. The owner is simply awesome. Was friendly and gave us a sample of the Mexican style coffee they had, and omg, it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
Want to come back with my coworkers for lunch and try their burgers.
Definitely recommend this place for scrumptious homestyle cooking.

I ordered the breakfast bowl with sausage, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado. They cooked my hasbrowns just the way I like them. Super crispy. Topped it off with eggs over easy. The yolk blended everything together. Their biscuit is light and soft. The wife got their super nachos. She said it had the right amount of toppings and was very very good. Additionally, we ordered their homemade cinnamon roll. I strongly recommend you get one. Like the biscuit, they’re soft, light, not overly sweet, while not leaving you overly full. The owner came out to check on us and was very friendly sporting a big smile.
I hope this review helps.
