After years of waiting, Panera is finally here in Stamp Student Union. Although it’s not actually Panera; it’s GrubHub in a Panera costume so you can’t get or use any rewards for your Panera account. The atmosphere is nice, very open and bright. When I asked for a water cup, they said they were out and couldn’t give me any other cup. I ordered the Choose 2 Ciabatta Cheesesteak Sandwich and Mexican Street Corn Soup. I don’t recommend the soup because there are definitely better options like Wild Rice soup or a tomato-based soup. The sandwich was good but not very big. For $13.33, I think I’ll make my own sandwich next time. 3 stars!

Long wait times, more expensive food, smaller portions. Would not recommend. I was excited when they first put it in but after two disappointing orders I won’t be back.

ordered the toasted garden caprese, has to be the worst one I’ve seen in my life. why bother coming here if I can make this at home? there’s nothing in this sandwich, esp considering the way it’s made in the other paneras

Love the bright colors and overall vibrant vibe. Nice addition to the overall kind of average looking(in terms of aesthetics) food court

This Panera location doesn’t even offer flatbreads at all, which is already disappointing, but I kept coming back because I liked a particular sandwich. On my recent visit, I ordered TWO sandwiches with DIFFERENT BREAD OPTIONS, but the order wasn’t made correctly. What frustrated me the most was that this mistake could have been COMPLETELY PREVENTED if it weren’t for the way the sticker orders are processed separately. It seems like the stickers are printed in a way that causes mix-ups, and the workers don’t realize they’re pairing the wrong bread with certain sandwiches.
MY SUGGESTION: Update the system so the stickers clearly indicate what bread belongs with each sandwich. This would prevent unnecessary mix-ups and customers getting something different than what they ordered.
Not only that, but the portion sizes are a whole other issue. If you choose sourdough, the sandwich is significantly smaller than if you go with black pepper focaccia. Why is there such a huge difference? And for the price of a **YOU PICK TWO** (totaling $26) the portions just aren’t worth it.
The only reason I’m giving this a 2/5 is because ordering through GrubHub via the kiosk is actually a smooth experience. But with everything else, it’s hard to justify coming back.

I stood at the register for a couple minutes while the cashier was just talking to people in the back. They wouldn’t give me a water cup. Finally, and the reason I decided to waste my time reviewing this place, I ordered a Bacon turkey bravo, and they gave me the wrong bread without warning.
Edit: just noticed my salad is missing the cheese too…

The new Panera at STAMP is a wonderful addition to the food vendors that already existed. The food and beverages taste great and were prepared quickly. Very excited to have a new more comprehensive food option when I am on campus.

The food was hot and tasty! I had it during their opening week and it was busy but after ordering ahead I got my order easily. An item from my order was forgotten but a staff member was very friendly helped me get it made.

I ordered and paid with a gift card at the Colmar Manor location. They tell me they do not have an order for me

Doesn’t accept app coupons, and is functionally useless if you have sip club.
