Such an awesome experience!! So many things here— they have it ALL!! Frozen yogurt, all the toppings, milkshakes, ice cream, BOBA, milk teas, ice coffee, hot coffee, pastries, even nachos and pretzels!! We got the fro-yo and a milk shake and the salted sourdough pretzel with cheese was to die for. The owner was so kind, very friendly too! Let us sample all we wanted and even helped give us a tour of all they had. Offered to take our photo near the Christmas Tree Will be coming back when we visit Searcy again!

I hesitated visiting this place due to hearing negative things about the son of the owner, especially when it comes to his behavior with young women. However, I decided to give it a shot because I don’t like to judge until I experience so I recently visited here and unfortunately had to witness a rude verbal altercation between 2 employees, which made me feel very uncomfortable, while waiting for my drink to be done being made. The older Clerk with the glasses was shaming and correcting a clerk in front of other customers, which as a manager, myself, I was taught to never coach in front of customers to avoid humiliating the cashier. In my opinion, it was all just very unprofessional and uncomfortable so I don’t think I will be returning to this place anytime soon. The older guy was very rude and I haven’t heard great things about him and you can see the reviews the business leaves to respond to people they are smart asses and never want to fix the problem. I’ve heard the boss is weird towards lady.

Trent and Noah came through with our orders. Trent was very nice and suggested our next orders lightly and gave great tips on how to save money. He was friendly and made great talk, this place is beautiful and i love the energy! I will be coming back shortly!

They had 10 flavor choices for froyo which is a little below average imo but still a good variety. They also have ice cream, snow cones, a few baked goods, boba, and frappes.
The boba was good, but they don’t offer the normal tapioca boba. I thought the “brown sugar” was that, but it was jelly. However, that was my own misunderstanding.
The frappes were extremely sweet. Even after eating froyo it was still a bit too sweet for me. My boyfriend enjoyed it though.
It was also pricey in general, even compared to other froyo places.
Just based on the price, I’m not sure if I’d come back.

Fantastic shop that serves excellent froyo and wonderful boba tea. I’ve never had Boba tea before going here, and I now get the “boba addiction” phase everyone went and is still going through.
Reasonably priced as well! If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’d be hard pressed to find anything as good as creme and sugar in Searcy!

Changed stars due to the customer service level: Owner personally reached out to me over this issue. We will be going back once it is summer time.
Drove over 40 minutes just for the dairy free coconut based soft serve that is advertised on their website, however when we asked for it we were informed that is a product they have not carried for over a year now… My husband and child did enjoy the ice cream they picked out.

Their service is always on point! And they have pretty much any topping to go on ice cream and any flavor for snow cones. I love that they do snow cones all year around it is so convenient! This is definitely a go to when I’m craving a sweet treat.
