I ordered a pizza at 8 PM and after 3 hours of trying to contact the store they cancelled my order and gave no explanation to why it didn’t show. This store has the absolute worst customer service. I would highly recommend choosing a different location if you’re thinking about ordering here.

Waited for a very long time for our order, found out it was forgotten about for almost an hour before we talked to another deliver driver. Delivery driver was very helpful, but the manager Jason was extremely rude on the phone, and then didn’t pick up after we called multiple times.

Terrible service with attitude. Got the wrong pizza delivered with no real receipt. Called the store and was told, sorry cannot help you and he abruptly hung up on me. Called back and they would pick up the phone again. Canceling my credit card out of caution.

Terrible food and service. Why give someone a burnt pizza that they paid their hard earned money for. Seriously if you wouldn’t want to eat the pizza don’t serve it to anyone. DON’T GO HERE they obviously don’t care about their customers if they would give me this BURNT, DRY, & HARD pizza. Save your time and money.

Order carry out by mistake tried to contact store to cancel and was hung up on over 10 times. Never was able to get manager or anyone for that matter to answer. Super unprofessional.

Just order good pizza from one one of the many excellent places in town and drive to pick it up. This Papa John’s will either not bring it, give it to the wrong house and tell you it will be an hour or more to get it to you an hour and a half after they lost your order in the first place. Assuming of course they don’t just hang up on you when you are trying to find out what happened to your food. Its standard Papa John’s fare if you pick it up and are expecting fast food pizza with zombie like customer service interactions, but save yourself the pain of trying to get delivery.

I ordered through GrubHub during the Super Bowl, at 7PM. My order went through and I waited around 40ish minutes before calling the restaurant. I am less than a mile from the restaurant and my “currency” does not allow me to do “pick-ups” so I had to settle for the delivery. Regardless, when I called I was told the restaurant was backed up and that I would receive a call once my delivery was at my destination. The delivery never came, and as of right now I still haven’t gotten my money refunded.
