In town for a Christmas vacation and we stopped for a quick bite to eat. The shift manager Nicole was absolutley lovely! The food was hot, fresh and really good, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was truly amazing especially the drive thru crew! Thank Yall again!!!!

I guess we went though the drive thru way to late even though they didn’t close for 2 hrs the lady taking the order was hatful right off the bat but I continued to order got to the window and they said the burgers was frozen so we ordered chicken tenders also ordered 3 roast beef sandwiches 1 was fine the other two looked so disgusting huge chunks of what ever kind of meat it was

We went through the drive thru. Cold food, old fries, wrong size items. We watched the young lady working the window with glasses touch her mouth and face repeatedly then bag food. The older woman lifted up her shirt around the rib area to scratch her side.

Open less than 3 months and already absolute trash. Service was awful. Frontline couldn’t bother to acknowledge we standing there ready to order. Took nearly 20 mins to get 2 sandwiches. 7 or 8 tables total and nobody else inside yet all tables were filthy. Consistently another terrible experience at Arbys of Sevierville. 1st and final visit.
