Healthy delicious quick. I stay away from chains ⛓️ but this healthy “fast casual” eatery is yummy. I had a chicken taco . It was great w/house hot sauce (similar to sirachi). Ordered the waba plate ️ chick/steak . It’s tasty and I feel good about eating healthy. Includes a side salad . Plate and 1 taco $18. Filled me up. I like how you can see the food being prepared over the counter. When I visit fountain valley I’m going to WABA . Asian fusion food. Great options for a variety of food moods.

Our visit to the Waba Grill drive-through was truly impressive! The place was spotless, and the drive-through service was exceptionally quick. The staff treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. Even though we didn’t place an order, the experience left a lasting positive impression. Definitely a place worth visiting!

The worst location I’ve been to. This location needs training in customer service. The place was like a funeral home. There was no hello when you came in. When they finally acknowledge you, they never give you their full attention. They keep coming and going while they are taking your order. There was no offer to up sell, no thank you, no offer for condiments. They didn’t even give me my receipt until I asked for it.
On top of all that, the food was mediocre. The food portion was like it came out of a soup kitchen! You’ll get more rice considering it’s called a beef bowl!
One thing, I feel worse for the person ordering the next beef bowl! You will get the pieces the woman took from my bowl because it was over a certain weight! She threw it in a container next to the grill!

The stingiest portions of meat I have ever received at any “bowl” restaurant. I paid $12 for this. The prices keep rising and the portions keep getting smaller. Aside from the small portions, the meat was chopped extremely small. The steak was practically ground beef and the chicken was super dry and overcooked.
But I will say, the service was excellent. If the service wasn’t so great, I would have left a 1 Star review.

I’ve been a regular here for a few months now and I always get amazing service here! The food is always great, but the staff are what makes this place really shine. Tonight I received exceptional service especially from Ivan, who you can tell really cares about the work he does. I hope he gets some sort of recognition because you don’t come across his kind of attitude in customer service often!

Our first time at Waba and the food was great. Plenty of veggies and meat in their bowls. To my dissatisfaction, the cashier was rude and seemed bothered to take our order. Never greeted us, came up after a long wait and didn’t even ask what we wanted to order. Just walked up… sad that small business will loose potential sales because of one’s bad attitude.

The skimpiest portions of any Waba Grill. I ordered a beef bowl with white rice and got a white rice bowl with a smidgen of beef. I couldn’t help but feel like I just bamboozled! I will never go back to this location again and recommend you avoid it as well.

I have frequented this location on and off for half a decade. I am leaving this review not just based on recent events but judging overall my entire time using this location.
I initially loved their offerings as it boasted a healthier menu than that of its competitors. Most of my years as a customer here where in the drive thru and I did go through a patch where it seemed like every salad I got from them was bad from tomatoes to lettuce. I used to be a chef and would at times park my car and go in and show them the bad food and they kindly replaced it with a fresh one.
When they introduced their taco trio, I started ordering that a lot more and actually going in and sitting down.
This location’s lobby is typically almost empty all the time with a few mid day exceptions and even then no where near being crowded.
So I asked permission to bring in my computer and work at my table as I planned to order from them all day. They did and everything was fine until the 3rd day (and about $100 later) when the guy behind the counter just randomly came up to me and asked me to leave and that the plugs were for business use only. I wasn’t told that up front. They should have let me know that before spending that much money over a 3 day period. I only used the plugs for my cell phone and computer and I had my own hot spot as this location doesn’t offer wifi.
So apparently they don’t mind taking your money even when you are a constant consistent customer. They just don’t want to see your face. So this completely forfeits any redemption to this location. Even after all the bad food experiences I gave them a chance. I don’t know what they want, but being a for-profit reasonable business isn’t one of them.

I got a chicken bowl with avocado, which is an extra $2.50 and they forgot the avocado. Sucks, I’m too lazy to drive back and fix it.
Also the amount of chicken they give you is a joke. I don’t think other Waba’s are this cheap with portions. Just drive to another location if you want Waba.
