Of course I prefer an artesian pizza but I can bust down a pizza pocket when I please, but this not. Even they’re cheesy bread has gone down in quality…How do y’all mess up cheesy bread!? Like domino’s quality gets worse every year It’s truly fascinating. So maybe on a girl’s or boys night out when you’re having fun lost in the moment after ya wife left ya now you’re on your third divorce and you need to pick me up in the middle of the night. The last six times I’ve ordered a pizza there, 5 times they cut my pizza into squares when I specifically ordered to have my pizza pie cut. I know it seems like a small thing, but when give a choice, you should be able to get it as ordered. How you want your pizza cut is printed right on the order receipt. They just don’t stop to read the full receipt which is why; they get 2 stars for service.

A big applaud to Domino’s on Washington. I’m not sure who the crew was working Friday night 3/17/17 but they should get a raise. First of all, our order was delivered very quick for a Friday night. Very nice and polite delivery driver who was patient and kind while there was chaos and drama, we were trying to get to the door. After he left, we realized there was a part of the order missing (or there would have been 5 stars). We called during their most busy time…no questions asked the missing food of the order was back at our door in 15 minutes. I was impressed! There was no rudeness for what could considered a petty request instead of a refund, which they offered. It seemed petty but there was a very important reason. They had no idea but they helped and soothed a very special child who had been emotionally distraught and all he wanted was his Cinnamon sticks from Domino’s. Problem solved. Point: it’s the simple things that matter.Thank you Dominos.

Seems like it was cooked too fast. I mean I did get extra sauce but the cheese was kinda sliding off at the slightest tilt, despite not being too hot. Also 20 minutes after the order was placed the online pizza tracker still said it was in the “prep” stage so I just went to go get it in the hopes that it was actually done. Which it was, but the online tracker is not reliable.
So by the time I got home a lot of the cheese had slid toward one side of the pizza (I had it sitting as flat as possible on the passenger seat and live ~3 minutes away). It looked less appetizing than pizzas I have gotten from Dominos in the past, but it tasted good. So overall I’d say all the way from start to finish it was a 4/5 experience. Not stellar, but at least not bad either. Just kinda okay.
Not to mention pizzas ordered online are 50% off this week, so for half price I’d say it was fair. I would probably be less happy if I paid double and this happened.
