Very nice service, would be one of the reasons I come back.

But the sweets themselves, eh. I liked how they weren’t too sweet though.
They seemed low on choices which was slightly disappointing. Java Chip frappe was good. The caramel cookies were surprisingly good too, again not sweet(good thing).

I’d say give them a try. We gotta support the small businesses!

Visited this bakery on Sunday 2/22/26 for a morning pastry before heading to church. Love supporting local Latino businesses but this place leaves a lot to be desired. There was only other one customer there and one young lady working. No greeting or acknowledgment, mind you this place is tiny. Service was dry and I had to repeat myself several times asking about pastries. Young lady looked bored and unpleasant. I bought three pastries, two danishes that were kinda dry and the absolute worst scone I’ve ever tasted. Made me regret going in, I should have just gone across the parking lot to 7-11, cheaper and better pastries. This was disappointing.

I recently ordered a birthday cake from Flower Bakery, and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was not only beautiful but also incredibly fresh and flavorful. The presentation was elegant with rich chocolate shavings and vibrant candles, making it such a show-stopper for the celebration. Everyone at the table loved it—the cake was moist, creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness.

Flower Bakery truly delivered on both taste and appearance. I will definitely be ordering from them again for future occasions!

The chocolate mousse cake was phenomenal! We picked up a cake for my friend’s bridal shower here and everyone kept asking where the cake was from. The cake was devoured and gone, people got second servings because it was so good! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Called in to place order. Lady asked me to send them a text about the cake design I would like. They kept leaving my messages on “read” and refused to answer. Horrible customer service.

Very yummy this place has a very relaxed atmosphere and the employees are very kind. The sandwiches, drinks and baked goods are great, so you really can’t go wrong.

But you definitely need to try the chocolate eclair.

Everything is great, clean place, friendly staff, delicious cake.. one recommendation to the bakery is to put price tag to each item…the fruit tart is $5.25, &it’s ok to me…I will order a drink next time…

The woman upfront was very friendly once you enter! Just be mindful that not every bakery dish is available daily!

This cake they TRIED to sell me was THE most PITIFUL cake I’d ever seen in life!
***Before I start this review, I want to say that Michelle, the sales representative was always helpful & courteous & based on the cake & my initial experience with ordering this cake, she is a complete asset to this company.***
So, I first inquired about ordering a cake for my husband’s Surprise Birthday Dinner close to a month in advance (Late June/Early July). I sent a message through their email system on their website. I waited about a week I think & wondered why I hadn’t received a response. When I called to inquire, Michelle stated that the other representative erased my message & that she found my inquiry. This should’ve been my red flag to run because of the unprofessionalism, but I was still interested because of the location for pick up. I needed a bakery in Laurel. After that fiasco, I explained to Michelle that I just needed a beautiful yellow cake with chocolate icing. No fondant. Michelle responded by saying that they don’t do fondant, but there are clearly custom cakes on their website covered with fondant. I didn’t say anything, & that should have been my 2nd red flag. The cakes on the website must be stolen images. But I continued with my order because Michelle was so helpful & courteous & I didn’t want a fondant cake anyway. Michelle then goes on to ask if I could send photos of the design of the cake that I wanted. While I was looking, she actually sent me some photos of cake choices to choose from. I chose from her selection. I paid for the cake in advanced & we ended the call. On pick up day, Michelle said that the cake was ready & texted me a photo of the cake. To say I was blown away in the most negative way is an understatement. The cake looked NOTHING like what I ordered! The bottom icing was not chocolate, but some type of dingy, light brown icing. The top of the cake looked like it was sinking in the middle. The sorry 7 dipped strawberry on the top were not fresh. You can tell because the tops were turning light green, yellowish. When I called & told her that was unacceptable, she said that they were trying to fix it & I told her that I was on the way. She knew that cake was a mess. I arrived at the store & immediately requested a refund. My husband accompanied me & at that point, his surprise, his custom Birthday Cake, was RUINED! For the life of me I can’t understand how this cake was even able to leave the bakery it was made in & how the baker thought that this was ok. Thank God that my husband is a grown man & that this cake was not for my children. This experience was sad & disappointing. We had to end up buying cupcakes from the Harris Teeter. If you cannot fulfill a service, especially of a product that a sales representative suggests to a customer, then you should not take a customers money & give them trash. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The 1 Star is for Michelle’s customer service.
