Ordered a footlong cheesy garlic steak, with EXTRA green peepers and EXTRA red onions. This is what I got. You even call that a sub??!!! nothing to it but meat, a couple if that, pieces of green pepper and onion, barely any of the cheese sauce, and hardly any of the crunch stuff. It’s not even a decent made one at that but to get the $6.99 deal you gotta order online you can’t go in and make sure it’s done right much less even decently. Unless I start going in again instead of drive through or online, never coming back here again. Was also the only time I got a sandwich that looked like this. Stopped to get subs for the kids and they needed to use the bathroom. Somehow the lock on the door didn’t work and the kids got locked in the restroom. A worker Cody grabbed a screwdriver and tried to open the door, but the lock malfunctioned. When my little girl started to cry, the worker didn’t hesitate to brake the door to get them out and asked me to help. I’m grateful that this stranger cared enough to make sure they were safe. Thank you for your kindness and going above and beyond what was expected of you!

Hey, did you know the sauce is to go inside the bun.. so when it closes.. it doesn’t get the wrapper full of sauce & it’s more easily distributed. Just thought you should know since this seems to be an incompetent thing here.

My family and I have been going here for over 2 years . We often come to get sandwhiches. Unfortunately, this time is deffereing me from wanting to come back to this subway. We got our sandwhiches and they failed to add the oil and bell peppers. So, when we came back to get the condiments , a bigger set lady , that we’ve never seen before . Didn’t even let me finish my sentence and told me I had to pay for the condiments. So we gave her time to explain. Afterwards, we explained that we wouldn’t mind paying for them. Then she proceeds to tells us I cannot get the condiments without buying a sandwhich. Fine, but the way she responded to us was very unprofessional.
This is not a way costumers should be treated and also even if I had payed for the condiments that they missed , she could’ve been more respectful and polite about it. We will be considering going to Neenah and Appleton because of the poor customer service here.
