Hometown Bowls is a locally owned restaurant with a coffee shop that serves: acai bowls, breakfast items, smoothies, fresh salad bar, chicken salad, BBQ on the weekends, and much more! We have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a turf hangout/play area full of games. We also have a food truck we take to events and surrounding cities.

Stopped here for a quick meal before the Covered Bridge Festival. It had been almost a year since I’d been up to Oneonta and this place was new so definitely had to try it out. The food– while anything but healthy (there was easily 1800 calories in my cold plate)– was well worth $15 for the whole meal including my drip coffee.
The place is easily accessible with plenty of parking and outdoor seating. They even have couches and turf outside with games for the kids to play. The place was immaculately clean and the service was friendly. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their food/drinks next time.

Hometown Bowls is one of our favorite spots! Their açaí bowls are always fresh and absolutely delicious, and the shop is consistently clean and beautiful. My kids especially love the outdoor play area—it makes every visit even better. Highly recommend!

My husband and I experienced Hometown Bowls for our first time this morning. We ordered two small Hometown Bowls and an everything breakfast bagel. The bowls are absolutely filling and delicious, and loaded with antioxidants and protein!! You cannot taste the whey protein in the bowls. They are a wonderful meal all by themselves! The everything bagel was wonderful as well and very filling!!
The aesthetics of this place provides a calming environment that looks like it’d be a great hangout spot in the afternoons. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to have some nice quiet music in the background. (We were there at 10 am, so maybe background music just hadn’t kicked off yet.)
The outside sitting area is very comfortable, complete with games to play!
Overall, we highly recommend this place!!

We ate at hometown bowls for the first time this weekend and it was better than we expected, all of the bowls are extremely fair priced and it was delicious we will be back!! The inside was very clean and employees were sweet and helpful. ❤️

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place ! Always great service everyone has a smile on their face ! They have AMAZING Chicken salad and the fruit is always so fresh! The outdoor seating area is always so much fun and room for my son to run around! Love it here ! Will definitely come back !

My daughter is nonverbal autistic and uses a wheel chair, she LOVES getting her fruit bowls here, I love that they offer such a variety of options for her ❤️ they are wheel chair friendly and the atmosphere is calming especially for my daughter who is very sensitive to sounds. I love getting a good chicken salad sandwich!

I love Hometown Bowls! The Superman Bowl is my favorite and I definitely recommend it to anyone trying for the first time!! The only complaint I have is I wish they would start giving wrapped spoons for when you pick up a bowl to go. The open ones are cute but not very sanitary and I always end up using my own at home.

I didn’t see what i wanted on the menu because i was torn between something fresh along with chicken salad but didn’t want a whole salad with a scoop of chicken salad because that’s a lot of food and that would be rather pricey. I asked about a scoop of cranberry pecan chicken salad on a bed of spinach with raspberry vinaigrette. I received approximately 1.5-2 cups of chicken salad on a bed of greens. It was perfect. I was truly surprised at the amount of chicken salad but you better bet I ate every last bite. This was like $14 which was kinda pricey but it did seem like quality and quantity food.
