*I rate compared to other Taco Bell locations (essentially anything can be 5 stars if they are good at what they do).
Super Friendly staff, quick service, attention to detail with customized orders. Still one of the better Taco Bells I have been to. (And I used to hit a lot of them up late at night. ) Clean, inside and outside.

I came through 10/25/25 and ordered nacho fries and the new hot sauce chicken wrap thing. I pulled out of the drive through after an already pleasant experience— and found out that I had REALLY stale fries. Like I’m a person who can make it work, and am 27 years old and have returned food maybe 3 times – but these fries were BAD. The lady was super understanding and brought me fresh fries extra cheese & upgraded my size.
What could have been another “fast food experience” turned into a memorable moment.

My taco wrappers were not closed I’m lucky when I pulled them out of bag they didn’t just fall apart in bag. Chalupas were squished In wrapper not in cardboard tray like other taco bell places I got them. Cinnamon twists were not in pkg they were all in bottom with shredded cheese. They gave no straw and were out of mild sauce.

Had a problem with cold food I ended up talking to (Ambre) who was super nice and willing to fix my food when I got to the store. When I got there (Erin) helped enter in the food to be remade and was super nice! Definitely changed my mind on Taco Bell at this location! Thank you for making it right!

Mobile ordered promised at 5:22, received at 5:35. Had to ask for a side of sour cream for the fiesta potatoes because they did not put that on there. Had to ask for Forks because there were nothing but knives Out in the convenience but guess what? They did not have a fork in the place nor a spoon! So apparently you’re supposed to eat your potatoes with your fingers! The straws were not with the drinks dispensers but we’re on the opposite side of the room. Tables needed to be cleaned. Restrooms were nasty. Apparently this needs to be addressed and management needs to be contacted. Oh, also two members of my party complained of having cold food. Not a good value. Not good service. Not good management.

Me and my room mate came through drive three and when we got to the window the manager was complaining about having to work all day and not having air conditioning. I feel for the employees but they need to still treat customers right. They didn’t give us no napkins, no sauce. The food was cool not hot.

Messed up my order called they replaced it. Still wasn’t right. There was no meat at all on the crunch wrap supremes. The staff was rude and said if your orders messed up don’t come back. Manager told crew member to shut up. Not professional at all. Crew members was cussing when I walked in.

Best experience here yet. Food was on point. Service was excellent. I could tell it’s not an easy night, and she held her cool, stayed professional as well as nice. Didn’t even have to wait but a couple minutes. Will definitely keep coming back. Thank you for bringing this location back to life!
