We are at the Pop-up location on Fort Meade. We requested a 9:00am pickup time. It is now 10:54am and no hams have been delivered to this location. People have been here since 8:00am this morning. Extremely inconsiderate to make our military family members have to wait for hours. One person unloading the orders from the delivery truck and two people sorting and packaging the food.

Ordered 20 sandwiches for pick up 10 ham and 10 turkey. Received 20 sandwiches all in boxes marked ham. Returning to make it right I was told to open each sandwich to check whether it was ham or turkey…Really really? Terrible service stale buns and croissants No way to serve your customers. Now 20 local women know what kind shop this is.

A better system is needed. It was faster to walk-up and order on the spot than pre-order, which doesnt leave the customer who already spent their money and came within their pick up window feeling valued, especially their time. With a long line wrapping around the building, there was still dedicated people working on walk-ins while the long line of pre-ordering folks stood watching. We spent -30 mins and the line was longer by the time I left. Will update about food when I have tried it.

This Honey Ham location was so exceptional! There was an error in the computer system that couldn’t find my order, so the team quickly problem solved and got my order together. They gave me complimentary chocolate muffins for the inconvenience. To top it if I got white glove service when they saw that I had a baby and my order was quite large, they helped me carry the bags to my car! Absolutely amazing, the bone in ham is exceptional, the flavors are savory and sweet. I love how you eat it cold. I don’t care for the frozen side’s, I’ve tried the potatoes, macaroni, beans and rolls and they aren’t my favorite. I would rather make my own sides. The muffins are incredibly delicious and addicting.

During Thanksgiving week they are organized and pickups are quick and smooth. Great job team! Every person that entered the store was greeted and directed where to go. The food is always high quality!

Would not recommend really poor service. they have 2 lines and multiple cashers with one chasier for walk in and all rest for prepaid. The walk in line gets completely ignored even by the cashier who handles walkins so they can do prepaid first. When asked was told they wanted to take all prepaid first, even taking those who just entered the store ahead of those waiting at walk in line for a while even though they supposedly have a dedicated walk in cashier. I get prepaid having priority but given prepaid had 2 cashier’s already to then pull the walking and tell that line they need to wait behind those who are just entering the store is poor service.

I decided to visit the Ellicott City location for lunch today. It was not crowded. I was immediately greeted with a warm and cheery “hello” from the Manager, Krisy. She was pleasant from the first moment of engagement. She kindly made suggestions and clarified lunch offerings. She is what customer service needs in all industries. Jordan rang me up and matched all the positive energy that Krisy led with. The location was clean and very well organized. Menu offerings are well displayed and legible. Oh, and I truly enjoyed my sandwich. I will return and hope to repeat the same positive experience.

I pre- and pre-paid, and upon arrival they didn’t have an item I paid for in stock. The manager or assistant manager, Jordan said it wasn’t their fault that they were shorted two cases. As a customer, it’s not my fault either and you want to replace it with something than not everybody can have. I do not recommend this location.
