The restaurant is located in the Gravesend section of Brooklyn. They prepare Chinese cuisine. It is a “cash only” establishment. They have late hours. Several tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. Customers can receive free soda if they spend $25 and $45. Soups, appetizers, noodles, entrees, combination plates, lunch specials and beverages are available. The food was above average in taste.

One word: Awful.
Awful customer service – gave information on ingredients, then what was served was different. Once I complained, it was a blame game: customer service blamed the chef, who complained to the manager, who blamed me for misunderstanding!
Awful food – I have ordered here for the last twenty years, and the food quality as well as the food quantity has sharply decreased, while the prices have increased – and are NOT reflected in their menu.
Awful Delivery – money is charged for delivery, and the delivery guy is very rude if you give less than what he wants! He’s nasty overall, “my friend”. And yes, he’s been there for years and years…
This place has unfortunately changed owners, management, food quality, but still kept the delivery guy – I guess to match their awful restaurant.

I have been customer in this chinise take out since 2022. Their chicken noodle soup/ chiken rice soup, beef with broccoli, beef fried rice, sesame chiken, dumplings, chiken mo so, rolles, these are so so so yummy. They have other food also. But these my family eat often. And we love these dishes.

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. PLACE KEEPS GETTING WORSE WITH THE FOOD KEEPS GETTING MORE EXPENSIVE AND NOW EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD.
Today they wouldn’t deliver because I didn’t reach a $12 minimum, which is ridiculous when you already charge a delivery fee but want you me to order with a minimum… does that make any sense. The delivery guy always gets a $5 tip minimum regardless the amount.
What is crazy is you guys have been getting worse the couple of months, once the food came with hair but i didn’t have to complain or bring it up to you guys and was still supporting you guys, I have been getting food from here for the past 2 years and never had a problem until now and whoever the new girl is taking the orders is really bad at her job, like why does it take so long to order with her. Bring the lady that barely spoke English but was quick and somehow still always got the order right.
If anyone has the same issues can you please some recommend some better local spots.

What happened to the kind, friendly people who used to run this place? I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 15 years and enjoyed China City for just as long. Customer service has gone down the drain. The new lady who works the phone is a deal-breaker. I gave her several attempts, we all have bad days, but she is invariably rude and is in fact getting meaner over time. Used to be a great takeout restaurant for many, many years, and it took one individual with an attitude problem only one year to ruin my very high perception of this long-standing business. I’m not alone in this view.
*food is still awesome!!! always was. if you have a high tolerance for being treated like garbage, give it a try, would hate for this community staple to lose business because of someone’s unprofessional conduct*
