Product is very good, here’s my problem.
They over charge me $50 for a cake and it’s now week 4 and still waiting on my refund.
It’s not even a refund they just simply overcharged me a lot and they couldn’t reverse it because the manager wasn’t there I had to wait to talk to her. Talked to her twice, said no problem but still no credit to my account. 4 weeks!!!!! They could of just handed me $50 out of the draw. I wasn’t even that upset because mistakes happen, but still waiting after 4 weeks isn’t a mistake it’s NOT CARING about the customer! Now I am upset, hence the 1 star!

Highly disappointed daughter picked up some fancy apples as she has done in the past. And I tried to slice it with my apple slicer, and the apple was so old that the cream cheese was falling right off with the caramel. For the price you think that you would not serve old taffy apples of any kind! Just saying!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Cold Stone Creamery!!! Gotta Have it and we love the experience every time!! The service is great and the taste is uncanny!! We go for the Boo Berry and Cotton Candy with Sprinkles and Gummy Bears this time of year!!! Bring on the Cold Stone!!!!!

Delicious flavors, the staff is fast and gets you out pretty quickly. My favorite flavour is coffee with roasted almonds and coconut with it they had Nintendo themed cups and mixed flavors that got my kids pretty excited.

To the sweet girl I spoke to on the phone tonight who I asked if they still had the Halloween ice cream, I hope you see this. You have no idea how much of an impact you made, I have been dealing with horrible depression the past month which made it impossible for me to do anything for my favorite holiday, Halloween.. your decision to write this simple note on my ice cream lid allowed me to experience a little bit of the Halloween joy I did not get to feel this year. You have no idea how much I needed that and I thank you so much for being a kind hearted person. The world needs more people like you. Props to the three girls working tonight! (Saturday night) it was really busy and they managed to help everyone with a smile! My first time coming to this location. Loved it and definitely coming back for more !

Service was was not there. Walked in to place my order, there was no line but still took about 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged. Placed my order and while waiting for it around 7 other customers ordered and got their ice cream. I was left standing in an empty line with no acknowledgement and had to ask about my order only to find out my order was forgotten about and had to place it once again. Employees did not care about the issue.This was my first and now last time coming to Cold Stone.
