Sunday brunch deal: $12 mimosa or Bloody Mary with purchase of an entree. Had the mimosa. Drink was strong but waiter would go missing for large blocks of time. Therefore, getting a refill was slow. The food was okay. Nothing to rave on about. Had the sampler and for the price you get more food than you’ll be able to eat.

Went here a while ago and have been meaning to write a review. Went on a Tuesday night for their date night which was 3 courses and a bottle of wine. The food was out of this world. It’s a bluesy jazzy type feel and it feels like you’re in the comfort of your own living room with the furniture. It was such a romantic experience and so sweet and I won’t forget it. We ate so much and were so full but it was so worth it and at a fair price point too. Our waiter, Roland, was amazing! He made the whole experience great from start to finish- restaurants need more waiters like him, he is the epitome of service excellence! They do play live music here too which is nice. I have been meaning to come back here for a while now so I hope things are still the same because I don’t see how it could get any better!

Love the comfy booths and the decor of this place ! Service was excellent! The crab cakes appetizers delight…and the filet mignon was cooked exactly how I asked..with grilled asparagus that was flavorful.. only thing that wasn’t so great was the whipped mash potatoes…they were a little dry… and would have loved to have a little more of that great read wine sauce … lovely place and nice live music.

The Ambiance was good and the staff was definitely accommodating. They do provide valet parking but you may also Park on your own if you choose. The food was good but not excellent…. I’m not saying don’t come here because the food was horrible, I’m just saying me personally I’ve had better. I had the jumbo shrimp as an appetizer which in my opinion weren’t so jumbo, and the Salisbury steak as my entree. But like I said I had better. The location is not too far from Northern Boulevard and located around shopping and also a movie theater right on the corner.

This place is fantastic. The staff are great. The food is wonderful. The parking is a huge plus. The new floor is beautiful! They have a fish tank with the fish from Finding Nemo.
Do not hesitate to indulge yourself in any of the fine delicacies they have to offer.

Found a deal for this restaurant on Groupon, so my wife and I decided to give it a try. So glad that we did. We went there last Friday. Had a reservation for 5:45 p.m., but didn’t get seated until 6:00 p.m. (the place was packed, so that’s okay). I had the skirt steak, which I thought was delicious. My wife enjoyed her lobster crusted salmon. They had a great selection of drinks as well. Waitress was attentive, quick and friendly. We overall had a good experience, and are open to visiting this restaurant again (with or without a Groupon certificate).

Black & Blue is a hidden treasure in Huntington. There are many restaurants in Huntington. There are not many good restaurants. One nice feature is the valet parking since parking in Huntington is never easy.
Black and Blue has a relaxed and somewhat upscale vibe. We love the live music on weekends. Now that it is finally getting warm, the outside patio is a nice place to dine under the stars (as long as you don’t mind looking at Stop & Shop across the street).
Mixed seafood over pasta is plentiful and flavorful. The Grouper could be the best dish on the menu. Paella is OK. Not very Spanish. If they have the soft shell crabs, go for it. Really good.
Calamari app. is tasty with a little kick but small.
We have only had great food and fun here.

Went for lunch to celebrate a special occasion. Unfortunately, we were left underwhelmed by a long wait time and food quality and flavor. I would have only given this place a 1 star rating, but because of the accommodating receptionist, the second star goes to her.

Starting with an excellent staff welcoming us….Lisa was indeed the Hostess with the Mostess! Rocco out waiter is personable, knowledgeable and admirable in his scope of service. The selection of entrees and the quality of each selection made the experience far better than expected! Great job!
