Went in to get 3 hot and ready pizzas. They didnt have any so I had to wait for some to be made which was fine. However, when i finally got home with the pizzas, they were absolutely horrendous. The center of each box felt wet and they were ripping open, the cheese had slid off every pizza, and the pizza was so thin and soggy that we could barely eat it. The crust was full of holes because of how soggy and thin it was. I’ve never had a pizza like that before and it was like eating wet cardboard….i mean, the pizza was seriously wet. It was like someone spilled water on it or something. Gross

Whoever this new crew is needs to be fired. The store is dirty. Ill talk about the food in a seocnd. The employees barely act like they want to be there.. it shows in the food.
You’ve seen the comments below. I’ve had the same experience with undercooked food, to the point of illness the next day. I’ve had lack of toppings lack of parmesan. Didnt get things in my order. Ive had ranch cups that were inside their pizza portal holder that have melted inside the PLASTIC BAG it was in. I’ve had it all.
Today? I had a long, thin, brown black hair that was BAKED into a crazy puff and served to me and my friends. It was in my mouth and I pulled it out completely gagging. This is my final straw for little Ceasars. Hair nets and food cook times are an absolute must for food safety. Attached is a photo for the non believers.
Don’t even get me started on the fact that there has never been a time I ordered ahead, or came for a hot and ready, where it actually came out in 15 minutes.
Don’t even trust the place to give me a refund or to remake it, why bother. Just do better please.

Normally this place was always perfect. I have been a regular since the place has opened and this current crew of young guys are not cutting it. I called in for just 1 order of cheese bread, they said it would be 10 to 15. Sure thats fine, but I get there 10 minutes later, paid, and then waited like 28 minutes. Got one kid on his damn phone, one guy scooping out marinera cups, no pizzas in the oven, and 2 dudes just doing a few things here and there. Cheese bread was really burnt and dry and that’s borderline impossible for Lil Ceasars but they managed. I imagine it just sat at the end of the conveyor belt while they shuffled around doing prep while 2 customers are waiting for them to just bring it to the counter. I saw multiple online orders come in, get made and served before me and a women came in 15 minutes into me waiting and got her cheese bread same time. Like 12 minutes into waiting they tell me its coming out now and they just had me wait for 16 more minutes. That’s longer than they even said its supposed to take to make, and im not impatient by any means. Idk what they were all doing but I know 2 of them weren’t doing anything, and my food was burnt. I get its an entry level job and customer service but could they even pretend to have a Lil hustle like literally everyone else in the same industry. I could’ve walked into jets, placed an order at the counter and got my food faster, and thats saying something. Like I said I’ve loved this location and their food for forever but recently I’ve been getting really P.O’d every time I come here. Im perfectly fine waiting like 10 minutes even when I called my stuff in 10 minutes prior but to wait 28 is down right obnoxious. The only reason they finally even gave me the order was because someone else walked in and they probably realized “ohhh hu huh im at work, oh yeah customers, yeah I should probably acknowledge them”

Walked in at 8:30 pm and they actually have two hot and ready pizzas available! It was Madison and Landon working, hope i got the names right! I know the girl was wearing a Black Ops hat. 🙂 Young kids running the show, and super polite and super efficient. Rare to see these days! These kids deserve a raise!! Great experience!! Thanks so much, my kids were starving!

The last 5 times I’ve been in between 4-8 pm for a hot and ready it was over a 15 minute wait with no employees doing anything no one even at the counter and no work getting done. I can go to any other store and leave with a pizza in under 7 minutes. So much for hot and ready…..I don’t even care if the pizza isn’t perfect but at least have one ready, isn’t that the point of hot and ready

Ordered online, 4ct crazy cheese puffs w 20oz pop. Went to pick up, barely any Pepsi products stocked at all, had to get Diet Pepsi & cheese puffs were so greasy, (which I didn’t realize til half way home) that the grease soaked thru the box, onto & thru my passenger car seat cover onto the actual seat. So now, I get to try and clean grease of my brand new car seat. Couldn’t even eat them becuz the grease was so bad. Definitely, not ordering from there again.

Waited 35 minutes for what was supposed to be a 15 minute wait. Two of the most laughably pathetic pizzas I’ve ever seen. Zero sauce, inconsistent thickness where some spots were like an ultra thin crust and they were way overcooked to the point a lot of cheese was burned. I never go full Karen and leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous.

12-31-2025 places a order at 7:13 and it wasn’t ready till 8:45. Was at the store around 8 and it was just a bunch of teenagers in the back thinking they were so cool. One talking about a dumb party be gotta go to. The store was flooded. I ordered at the other Howell location and my food was done before I could drive there. They were to busy passing their weed pen around. Group of losers. I’ll be disputing that charge since you can’t get any help.
