I’ve never left a bad review because I’ve worked in a bagel shop, bars,restaurants and in hospitality… and I know being in the service industry can be tough.
But it is WILD to me that my son ordered a 5-Meat Italian sub, asked them to withhold the ham AND THEY CHARGED US $5 extra dollars to LEAVE OFF SOME MEAT.
He didn’t ask for something extra.
He didn’t ask for a substitute.
But I paid over $20 for a footlong because of NO HAM?!
So, be warned: if you want to exclude a single ingredient from a sandwich, the fee is $5.
Dumbest policy I’ve ever heard and both employees confirmed that this was how it works.

we drove 15 mins to this subway bc they were the only open “participating location” for our coupon. compared to our usual local subway, and ones on road trips, this location was just sad 🙁 our sandwiches were basically just bread lmao… i asked for “more” on most of my veggies, but it looked as if i had asked for “less” the wife said her honey mustard was basically just on the edge of her sandwich & had to use a sonic pack we had lol i also had some brown lettuce

I’ve only been here twice but I have to acknowledge the attentiveness, attitudes, politeness and fantastic costumer service this place has to offer. Costumer service is lacking these days but not here. Greeted with a smile and how are you today? It’s the simple things yall that can make or break a persons day! Thank you for being so awesome!

I came in tonight got off work at 8:00 I got here at 8:45 walked in and the lady told me that they are closed even though on their website it says that they close at 9:00 pm and the front door was open. I don’t really like it when people lie.

Ordered online, picked up my order, got home and multiple items are missing from my order. I called and was met with attitude from a 15 year old girl about how hot it is in the store and how they’ve been working since 4 non stop. We knew it was a mistake to give this store another chance. Never again!

Store employees? Bored, even bothered by customers. Store prices? Skyrocketed. Store quality? Roughly unappealing.
I walked in to get a couple footlong cold cut combos, it’s mainly bologna here guys. Got 2 footlong CCC for $21 lmao. I asked for mine double toasted, it was slightly warm. The entire time my order was being made, these clowns were trying to make 3 other sandwiches. Trying. One of the poor employees had no idea what to do with a sandwich? Everything, seriously, was a question for the high ranking clown slapping my lukewarm sandwich together.
Double toasted? Not even close. Did they make my bologna sandwiches how I asked? No. But it was a bologna sandwich with pepperjack cheese, not even melted, and I ate that sad sandwich with my son who only wants mayo meat and cheese on his sandwich so I guess the time spent with the boy is worth a star? He didn’t complain. Idk take your own risk, maybe your picky eater loves 12 inch sandwiches with generalized meat, cheese and mayo. Good luck.

Management and the owner need step up. A Friday evening and the line was to the door, garbage all over the floor behind the counter. Two clearly under experienced teens struggling. One slowly making 4 sandwiches at once while the other was busy making a sign for the broken toaster instead of helping the other one. Not their faults if they are set up to fail. I just left and took my business else where. Oh well.

Customer service the guy working behind the counter is mad at his job not the customers fault. Everyone picks where they work try somewhere else if you’re going to throw the customers food or have an attitude when asked what to add on your sandwich. The lady working there was nice. But I would not spend 50 bucks on dinner to be treated rudely.

Went here last night, the night after the tornado, we have no power so sadly we went here. Upon ordering the woman who waited on us was horribly rude. The other employee was on the phone arguing with his children, taking their order and yelling to them,what do you want? I don’t even eat at subway! That’s fine but really? In front of customers? We continued and I said to the lady that they were lucky they had power, she replies so hateful, I don’t know how lucky we are and slammed down the sandwich. She got even more rude when my husband ordered. He ask for a meatball sub and she said verbatim, the meatballs are cold and I am not heating them up!. Gets worse we go to pay and I ask what her name was, she said why? I told her she was rude and I wanted to speak to her manager about this incident, she tells me that she has no name and shoved the reciept at my husband. She told us to go ahead and call the manager, she wont believe you anyway! The other employee who had been standing right there went over to her and they were whispering. I right then told them we wanted our money back, that we were not going to pay for bad service. He told us he didn’t see or hear anything, but was standing right there. He did void the sale and on the way out the door I told her that I would pray for her because she obviously has a burden. I am in disbelief how we were treated, especially given all going on in our community . I wish the owner would truly listen to this complaint! That speaks volumes about your establishment and your employees, especially in a time of a disaster. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. Way to keep it classy Subway and your 2 angry employee’s who have no name. I am ashamed of you and embarrassed to say you are in Andover!
