First look I mean really look at the color on the red and green enchiladas – like stop reading and go look. I stared at that for a week before mustering the courage to go. Theses were going to be extremely deceptive or the best thing I’ve ever eaten. It was the latter.

I want to preface this by saying this. I used to think my grand mother made the best Mexican food very rarely beaten by a restaurant and if they did it was one item.

This food is so good It puts my grandmothers entire kitchen to shame.

This food is so good I would have thought it came out of a five star restaurant in Mexico City .

This food is so good I would have paid $30 a plate at such a restaurant.

The enchiladas sauce is so full of flavor I don’t know how they extract it but they do and you know it’s homemade by the hands of a loving grandmother . The relleno is by far the best I’ve ever eaten . The beans were cooked right with fat and salt as god intended. rice was fluffy and flavor full.

10/10 stars this is a must a have Mexican food spot

The most friendly people you will ever meet. The food is good and has a fair price for the portion size. The red sauce has a kick but wasn’t “hot”. This is a place you gotta try.

Couldn’t find and thing open Sunday morning for breakfast. Driving down 3rd Street when we saw this little place that looked opened. We stopped and went in. Glad we did, the food was great. Loved the sauce on the Huevos Rancheros though not much of a cheese guy. Didn’t much like the small glasses of tea, but they were quick to fill up you glass or cup which ever. We will be back. Thank you for the great service and food.

Just delicious. Awesome chips, salsa, great sauce. Hard to find good Mexican food especially with actual green sauce not all of them being brownish no matter what type of sauce you order.

Super, family-friendly spot with great breakfast! We both had the Mexican Omelette and the beans and potatoes were to die for! Coffee was tasty and the people who worked there were very pleasant. We were looking for a great breakfast spot during our stay and found Tita’s.

My sister took me to eat here. She was not happy because they marked all the prices on the menu with a black marker. They didn’t put new prices. When she did asked about it she was required to get up and she would ring it up on the register and then she could tell her. She placed her order. I asked for a burrito Asado and Sister had Juevoes Ranchers plate. And 2 teas. $38 bucks. The lady was not friendly at all. The other customer were more friendly than her. We will not be going back.

The menudo was red and tasteless, with no flavor, just cayanee pepper red. I guess not worth my time or money they lost my money, and I be going elsewhere. I should have asked for a refund for sure
