I saw this restaurant in the recent issue of Suwanee Magazine. The bowls looked delicious! I tried it today and it did not disappoint. If you love healthy food & clean eating, you will love this. Perfect size & price with fresh ingredients. Great attention to presentation & detail. Filling but not fattening.

Went here for lunch. They have a lot of super healthy options! I got the Yum Yum Bowl which has chicken, steak, healthy veggies and even pineapple. It’s not cheap tho. The cost of a plate, a drink and a 10% tip was $22.00. They do have a cool iPad kiosk system where you just click what you want and pay and then either take it to go or dine in.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a steak that was not only perfectly cooked but incredibly fresh—you could genuinely taste the quality of the meat. I think this is a great place to eat, especially as someone with a gluten allergy. I feel at peace eating here. I do enjoy it and think it’s a fair price point, my only recommendation is regarding the sauces and flavor of the food. The food taste completely unseasoned and bland, but the sauces are excellent. I don’t think you should charge extra for additional sauce since the meal honestly needs it to taste flavorful enough. Or just adding some spices into some stuff to give more flavor. Still a great place to eat and I will return.

Okay, I genuinely don’t know where to start with this place. I actually tried this while I was out spring/ door dashing and I figured since I didn’t eat dinner yet, I would just stop in and figure out What I would get. I had no idea what this restaurant was and just wanted to try something new. When I looked at the menu, all the Ingredients were super clean, And fresh, and I honestly was looking for something not as healthy But it turns out, I absolutely LOVE a grilled shrimp balsamic salad!! I got no cucumbers, But everything in that bowl was so fresh and clean, And was actually very appetizing, And I want to go back!!!! If I could give it 10 stars, I would. This was something new and out of my comfort zone of what I normally eat, And I absolutely loved it!!! I wish I was in this area more so I could eat here more frequently!!! The service was absolutely amazing, and he was so kind Explain explaining how the menu is, And you can pretty much customize anything you want!!! 10/10 Experience And can’t wait to go back!!! It’s so hard to find fast, convenient, And healthy food To go, and THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE!!! I devoured that whole bowl to myself and found some new ingredients I didn’t know I would like!! On top of this amazing food, I felt like I had more energy to keep DoorDashing too Because I was actually eating healthy for once Thanks for coming to my TED talk but everyone needs to know about this place!!!!!

I traded this place for the first time. I generally not big fan of protein bowl or salad bowl type places. I had the keto friendly salad. Good sized portions of meat. The meat is cooked fresh when you order. So everything came out really good. I was pleasantly surprised. It was reasonably healthy and also a tasty meal.
