They have the BEST BLT stacked with eggs, cheese, tomato and lettuce on toasted bread. I ordered a side of cheesy grits….they truly are the very best! What a wonderful place to eat. Their service is fantastic . The servers are friendly, the cooks are outstanding. It’s always busy and filled with locals. This is my kind of place. I ate the other half of my sandwich.

I really don’t know what y’all are complaining about. As one review said everything is frozen. It is NOT. I had the upgrade with hamburger steak. Everything was fresh. My wife had the original with an added pancake. Zero complaints. Great food, awesome service. A new favorite place. Come early because the place packs out from opening to close.

Best Breakfast I have had in a long time! Simple southern breakfast was perfect! Service was great too! Friendly and fast! Plenty of seating so we didn’t have to wait! Added bonus I really liked the board outside with the prepaid tickets for less fortunate people. where you can buy a meal for a stranger who may not be able to afford to eat!

Such a treasure to have in my hometown. Everyone is so friendly and the biscuits and tomato gravy take me back to my childhood sitting at my grandmaw’s table. Turns out, they use her very recipe for the dish! The coffee is hot and delicious; and the sweet tea has just right amount of sugar.
If you want the best dish they serve (in my opinion) head there on Friday night and get you some mullet (ask Bubba for the backbones).

Been here a few times for take out..once prior to eat. Excellent food..however, as today’s visit reinforced..the staff isn’t exactly the friendliest or most efficient. Restaurant was half full, with maybe a dozen tables filled. Was told to seat myself, which I did. Waitress approached and asked me what I wanted to drink. I told her I already knew exactly what I wanted . She said “I just want your drink order, I’ve got half a dozen tables ahead of you.” Well, in my opinion that means half the patrons were still hanging out and deciding..I’m not going to wait for you to make your way through a half dozen tables still deciding what they want so that my order is not received or made for an extended amount of time..I was already prepared..I told her nevermind and left.

I thought the other reviews were a lil harsh until I came in and ordered Togo food.lol. at first I sat down with water and wanted coffee. The server told me I’m not allowed to have any outside beverages.. It’s water, but okay, that’s hilarious. I brought my water outside. Decided to order to go instead..
It took 34 minutes for 2 eggs, hash Browns and French toast. Honestly, I thought it was going to take like 10 minutes or less. At the 30 minute mark, I asked where the food was. She said I was waiting on the hash Browns. The hashbrowns are actually the least appealing thing about the whole meal. Obviously the syrup for the French toast is just cory syrup or high fructose syrup. Bleh. Just go to waffle house lol

We enjoy all of the foods we’ve trued at Bubba Jack’s but we’re partial to their taco salad. The taco shell, which they make their is crispy and not greasy, and the taco meat is plentiful and beautifully seasoned.. we would highly recommend…

We came here on a whim, and we were so glad we came here. Home cooked meal, fresh and hot straight to the plate. Cooks were quick and thorough. Waitresses were sweet and attentive. I ordered the steak Philly with fried okra and my boyfriend ordered the fried chicken sandwhich. Both were generously proportioned and were at a great price point! My boyfriend and I normally judge a place off of their ranch dressing, because it will tell you a lot about a place, and Bubba Jacks was definitely homemade and delicious. We highly recommend this place!

My wife and I were heading back home from Destin and decided to have lunch, this was our first visit to Bubba Jacks. We had the cheeseburger with fries and club with fries, both were very good. Service was great also, we will find our way back.
