Wonderful location with a very clean store, amazing folks working there, and in a relatively convenient location. It didn’t take very long at all to get my order ready, and everyone that I spoke with while there were wonderful for conversation. There were a lot of people coming in to get their orders, yet even with the chaos going on inside with prepping the orders, they were still on top of it all with keeping everything moving smoothly. I enjoyed my experience here at this location, and have already been back more since the first time.

My family and I are traveling and passing through and we decided to get pizza because we are starving. There isn’t a Papa John’s at my location so I wanted something different, I saw this location had a fair share of bad reviews and a few good ones so I decided to chance it . I’m not sure if I just caught them on a good day but it was fabulous. So much better than the reviews make them out to be. Our order was fresh , hot, and ready when we arrived the store. The staff were friendly and the pizza was great. They even gave us extra dipping sauces so we didn’t run out. It was perfect. 5/5.

Katrina the new manager who claims she’s a GM is just awful! Actually dealing with her these last two visits here has been nothing but a terrible experience. We will never order pizza from here again. We placed an order at 6:16pm and had an approx 15 minute tracker. We arrived at the store at 6:54pm and was told they were behind and our pizzas were still in the oven (okay that was fine lol). After waiting 20 minutes, at 7:14pm exactly they handed my husband our order. The picture below is the pizzas they handed us with a timestamp of 7:15pm. The pizza was COLDDD as hell and looked like it had been sitting up for 30+ minutes! Thinking there’s no way we just waited an additional 20 minutes for this pizza, which was now close to the next hour mark from the time the order was placed, I went back inside and requested the manager. Katrina, the most unprofessional illiterate ever, came up and claimed that the pizzas just came out of a 500 degree over. After declaring to Katrina that it didn’t make any sense for the pizza to be that cold if it just came out of the oven and that we had been waiting an hour total for the order, she ask if I wanted a refund because when she gets another pizza out the oven I will say the pizza is cold too. What? Excuse me? How inconsiderate could you be? I explained to Katrina that I had hungry children in the car and we had a 30 minutes ride home to which the pizza wouldn’t be at all enjoyable considering the condition that it was handed to us in. Katrina continued to be completely unsympathetic and argumentative and even said some unpleasant comments towards me. After the terrible experience, we ended up ordering and driving to the location on 98. The pizzas were hot out the over and right on time with an approx 11 minutes tracker as shown below. Please don’t waste your valuable time or money coming here. We will never patronize at this store everrr again.

I have had pizza from this location before and it was great but tonight I accidentally sent my order to this store (I live 300 miles away from here) and Katrina was so great about getting my order voided and taking the time to call me back to let me know. 5 star customer service and highly appreciated!!

Mr. B was amazing. He expedited an order of 10 large pies for me! I needed them sooner than I requested and he had them ready 15 mins before the requested time! Did I mention he started them alone and only had one other person assisting him! He was kind through the whole process.

Worst pizza I’ve had in years. Jalapeños were put on prior to being cooked and just fell off in the box, very little sauce, and crust was very similar to the box it came in.

This will be the last time I use this papajohns … If I wanted little Ceasars quality, I would have gone to Little Ceasars and spent 6.99 instead of 13.19… ordered a 5 topping received 3, no pepper or garlic butter, at least it was hot … batch # 777, Ref # 300142 … at least Domino’s gets the order correct. Maybe Domino’s will just get my business for now on …
