I used to like this place… It was the only pizza shop in town that consistently delivered quality pizza in under 30min.
The last two orders really put me off.
1. Ordered a pizza and 8pc wings online. Got a call 1-2min later telling me it’s cheaper if I order by phone (okay, that’s fine) and that they will be sending only 7pc wings because they are big this time… That’s a very strange way to tick off a customer to save 50cents… Pizza still arrived promptly but quality seemed a bit lower than before (not enough sauce, skimped on ingredients).
2. Months later I decided to give this place another try. Same as before, got a call 2min after placing order to confirm details. I asked if marinara comes with the breadsticks and was told “no.” I thought this was odd, but no harm in asking – “say, can you include marinara sauce with the breadsticks?” And the rep told me they would. This order took over an hour to arrive (I live off Julian street, 15min walk away) and the pizza was markedly worse (almost no sauce, dough not as good as before). On top of this, the dish of marinara sauce had maybe 2-3tsp of sauce -less than a 3rd full AND the red pepper flakes were clearly taken from Domino’s….
I used to love this place, but I can’t recommend. Maybe it’s a sign of the economic situation, but the ownership has gotten unreasonably cheap.

Solid pizza at a fair price, especially if you’re in their delivery range. Skip the doordash fees, get an extra large, and just go nuts. Place has been here forever and the owner is a nice lady 10/10

Since pizza costs between $20 and $30, I’ll give it a solid 5. It may seem pricey, but if you’re searching for something delicious and fresh, this place has everything you need. The pizza was also freshly made, which tastes better than other pizzas I’ve had. The staff members there are also really nice.

After 10+ years of ordering delivery from Fast Pizza, they finally made a small mistake. I was h-angry but the way they responded was amazing. I’ve always been a very happy customer of theirs, but their customer service from both the delivery driver & the guy on the phone tonight inspired me to share my experience. They always have a great communicator on the phone and their delivery drivers are considerate and quick. Best of all, they use quality toppings on their delicious dough to make delicious, delivered neighborhood pizza.

Pizza was fast and tasty. Staff was very friendly and even put a table and chairs outside for my party to enjoy our meal, despite this place normally being take-out or delivery. Would highly recommend!

What a disappointment, I ordered a large pizza and after waiting about 40 minutes the delivery guy delivered the pizza, but the pizza was the wrong size. I called and spoke with the owner and she was not helpful at all. She told me that she would send her driver back to collect the medium pizza and recharge for the large. She apologized for getting the order wrong and kept saying it was their fault. I then told her that I didn’t have a problem paying for the large but didn’t feel that I should have to wait another 40 minutes or so.
I don’t expect free food but when they make a mistake they should try and satisfy the customer. We won’t be supporting this business anymore.
