Was watching a friends kids. They decided they wanted pizza from Mr. Gatti’s. The storefront was easy to find. The cashier was super friendly and made sure Imy order was correct. Told me about 20 minutes but was done in 15. That’s what I like, under promise and over deliver! Oh yea, the pizza was good too.

I stopped by to pick up a pizza on the way to Trivia (6:00 pm) on 6/12/24. They were very busy but still took the time to be polite. As I left a couple employees that were busy took the time to wish me good evening. This actually made my day as work this day was hectic. Great job you all!

Hadn’t been to a Mr. Gatti’s since the 80s, and didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was good, the pizza rolls were exceptional, the garlic bread was good, and the ranch included actually tasted like ranch (unlike some places that have “ranch” dressing.) Will definitely be back.

What in the Frankenstein hell is this put-together pizza? I called the location to let them know, and I was put on hold so they could “review the footage.” They told me that they just cut it wrong, and it wasn’t just put together from other pieces, and it was “safe to eat.” It all just felt like their word vs. mine. It went straight into the trash bin. Geez… Whatever happened to the customer is always right, I guess that was an 80’s thing. This is what you get with cheap pizza. Now to go to the Brooklyn Pie company pizza.

We ordered delivery tonight at 7:58pm and the website said it would be out for delivery in approximately 45 minutes. I got a text from Door Dash at 8:59pm that our order would be delivered by 9:43pm. I called the location and the employee who answered the phone had to go get someone else who only apologized for it running late and didn’t give me any reason on why, and said it would be out for delivery within the next 40 minutes. Frustrated, I called back again around 9:15pm, same initial employee answers and when asked how old the pizza was that was being delivered, she couldn’t give me an answer. I asked to speak to a manager who explained that if the dasher deliverer doesn’t come within 30 minutes of the pizza being made, they’d remake it, and that my order was picked up. Delivery came and went smoothly. When we got the order at 9:30pm, the pizza and cheese bread were barely luke warm, the wings were burnt on one side and the breading was soggy on the other like it had been sitting for quite awhile. I was also missing the marinara I ordered. The only decent thing in the order was the bottle of soda. I don’t think we’ll be choosing Gattis pizza again anytime soon. If you do, be ready for cold items that are not fresh, burnt items, or items that are missing.
