I literally made a carry out order two hours ahead of time and came a bit early and the employees literally ignored me. There was an employee out front when I arrived and he RAN back so I assume he didn’t want to talk to me. My pizza was literally sitting right there and no one even acknowledged my presence. I was sitting there for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Got the big box deal and they forgot the dipping sauce and the sausage on the pizza I paid for. When I called they picked up said hello then hung up and didn’t pick up when I called back. Usually no issues but didn’t get what i paid for and they refuse to even talk.

Equipment needs servicing. At the location we visited the impinger cooks unevenly (top of crust didn’t rise vs bottom of crust which indicates a heating issue) and the food warmer left our pizza box soggy and our pizza barely warm. If that is the standard across Pizza Huts then it’s not worth your time or money. Oh, and the pizza crust is beyond bland.

This was the worst pizza I have ordered in years! Lack of topping from cheese to sauce. Delivery driver sat in their car for about 10 mins on the road before coming to our door. Needless to say the pizza was cold. Also it looked like the driver was “scoping” our place out when they came to the door. I will NEVER buy from Pizza Hut again!

Have been here many times for carry out, each time Iv been here they have been really nice to me and Iv never had any issues with customer service. Additionally the pizza is always really well made! I went recently and forgot my pepper packets and they went out to my car to ensure I didn’t forget them, above and beyond customer service!

This rating is modulated in accordance with the market: Mass market food. In that context, this is four stars. Haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in years, so it was like the first time ever.
Traditional pan-style, sausage/mushroom/onion pizza: Everything worked well together! Flavorful veggies, decent cheese, decent sauce. Sausage is same as it ever was – adequate. Crust was delicious. Toppings are diminished from years ago. The one thing that stood out: Not enough sauce.
Bone-in wings, cajun dry-rub: Quite good! Way too expensive.
Boneless wings, sweet chili: Delicious!
Delivery time was good. Service was good. I’ll go back.

Loved being able to see the progress of my order, it was made and delivered in a very timely manner. The delivery person was very nice, the stuffed crust half and half pizza was delicious as were the boneless wings. Great job Jackson Street Pizza Hut!

Train your employees better. Why would they put customers on hold for over 20 minutes and never get back to them then hang up on a customer asking for refund because the pizza never showed up. Then call customer back just to hang up like a prank call that kids do, several times in row but not answer when customer is calling still inquiring about their refund.
