Got big kuhana giant sub. Very small amount of meat, peppers and onions. Bought the same sub a week ago and it was loaded. When you pay $20.00 for a dub you expect to get your money worth

Horrible experience at the Bonham Road, Bristol VA location. I called in a pick up order and when I arrived, I got there the order was “never received”. So I waited an additional 20 minutes, just to receive the wrong subs. The girl that took my order, called me a liar and said that I called the wrong store, but it was clearly the right store as I picked up my phone and went to my call log and started calling the same number that I placed the order the first time from. Their phone started ringing and she swore it was the Bristol Tennessee store. You shouldn’t be calling customers liars. If you were too busy and simply forgot to put the order into the kitchen, I would have completely understood. The level she took it to was way too far. And I was completely dumbfounded when getting called a liar. Definitely not a way to handle your mistake.

Come home to my sub from class tonight. Paid for extra meat and was wondering where it was. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me. I had to fold the meat over to get my extra meat…smh I think I need to find a different a different location to go to from now on!!!

This is my first time at this particular Jersey Mikes. The first thing I noticed was that the veggie/toppings area was a total mess. I frequent Jersey Mikes often, and my favorite thing to see upon walking in to one for the first time is a very clean and stocked veggie/toppings area. The sub was edible even though the bread wasn’t the most fresh/soft. I give them 3 stars. Definitely room for improvement. Not the worst, though.

I can say that the staff was very nice.

Jersey Mike’s, I’m afraid you’ve lost a customer. Your food is always good but the CHILDREN you hire have ZERO concept of customer service. I ordered 2 subs lastnight @ 8:40pm. I called to place the order as
my internet service was out due to the storms. The girl that answered the phone said it would be 15 minutes. Not once did she say the store closed at 9pm. I waited my 15 minutes and went to pick up my sandwiches, 4 kids were standing behind the counter talking and laughing. I tried to open the door and of course it was locked. It took a good 2 minutes of them standing there staring at me for one of them to come to the door. When I asked about my sandwiches I was promptly told (and I quote) ” we have your food but you can’t have them because it’s after 9. We close at 9″ I asked why I wasn’t advised of that over the phone since I called so close to closing and he replied “because it’s on our website” … well I didn’t order online, I called. He was rude and he (and the other kids in the store) laughed.
I have spent many years in customer service. I know closing time is closing time and everyone is ready to go home. I simply should have been advised of closing time when I called and your staff needs to learn how to conduct themselves. This is not the first time I have had unacceptable customer service at this store. I don’t make a habit out of leaving bad reviews unless it is an ongoing situation. Train you employees, or hire adults who know how important customer service is.
