Oh, what a treat I was in for when I entered the Subway in Kilgore TX! As soon as me and my husband opened the door, we received a hearty welcome and a big smile from both Brandi and Nikki. Nikki was the quiet one, but Brandi blew us away. Not only did she speak she stayed engaged in pleasant conversation with us throughout our visit. Her energy and joy were certainly a delight, and you couldn’t help but leave feeling encouraged and blessed by her presence. This young lady deserves a raise and a promotion. She went above and beyond!!! So much so that we left the store and I called back to get her name, because I wanted to write this review.
Other things we noticed right off is the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the area where the food was; clean. I have never ever been in a Subway where everything was clean, and the service was spectacular. Thank you, Brandi and Nikki, for making our day! As a sidebar, every time we travel, I usually wait a week until returning home to write my reviews….but this couldn’t wait. These young ladies should be celebrated every day.

Very nice!! The food is excellent and fresh. I got the foot long Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese bread with peeler jack as the choice of cheese. With this toasted bread, I decided to choose both spicy, juicy, and tasty veggies: Jalapenos, banana peppers, cucumbers, and green peppers. My choice of sauce was light mayo. The crew did an excellent job and were friendly, I felt at home. Keep up the great work!

I work late and I usually try to arrive 30 minutes before work starts but guess what, they’re closed all of a sudden at 9:30pm. I’ve shown up at 9:40 once and got service from a nice older lady, but these other two that close early are young black men.

Food was fine, the issue was the staff. Horrible attitude. The lady at the cashier constantly made faces and rolled her eyes, and just a nasty attitude. If you want to go to subway in Kilgore, definitely go to another location but this one, unless you want to put up with horrible customer service.

The time I arrived at 9 pm the young employees said they were not serving. The first encounter the 18 boy said “ he was pissed off I showed up”.
Tonight, 5/13/24, the girl said “ she was putting up the food” it was 9:15 pm!
Both were young Opposite skin tone of my skin!
