NO STARS AT ALL!!
They never have anything you want to order ALWAYS OUT OF OR NO LONGER SERVE THINGS THAT ARE ON THE MENU OR ADVERTISED BY THE RESTAURANT especially for Taco Bell. The chicken sandwiches are always dry and hard like they’ve been there all day. Yu always have to pull around and wait for your food by the time yu get it your drink is watered down and the food they bring you is cold. HORRIBLE wouldn’t recommend going here at all!! The Chicken Chalupa had no chicken and the fries I waited over 6min for which was supposed to be 2 orders one for a combo and one single order were very few.
Don’t I REPEAT DONT ORDER ONLINE FOR ANYTIME AFTER 9 AND PLAN TO FOLLOW PROMPTED INSTRUCTIONS TO PICK UP IN STORE…. THE LOBBY WAS LOCKED AND WAS TOLD TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AFTER I PULLED ON THE DOOR REPEATEDLY. SAT BEHIND 2 CARS WAITING TO PICK UP MY FOOD NOTHING QUICK ABOUT IT!! IF YOUR LOBBY IS CLOSED BY 9 THE APP AND YOUR GOOGLE PROFILE OR DOOR OR SOMETHING SHOULD SAY SO. FYI I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE LOBBY SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN CLOSED!!

4 employees with an unlocked door and as soon as myself and family walked in they started screaming that “they had no manager” and they weren’t cooks and we needed to leave right now.

We stopped here on our drive from Ft. Walton Beach to St. Louis. This is a KFC/Taco Bell. I had KFC, my wife daughter and niece had Taco Bell. We walked in the door and stood at the counter. There were 5 people working. After 4 minutes, a young man said, “someone will be right with you”. In another minute or so, a young lady took our orders. Bathroom were dirty, no soap, actually smelled bad. My chicken tasted like typical KFC. After 10 minutes or so, my wife was holding her stomach saying something isn’t right. My stomach is really getting upset. My niece said me too. Pulled over to a bathroom for them. Over the next 4 hours, I pulled over 5 more times on the side of the road for someone to throw up. My daughter and I were fine, but for my wife and niece going through this while traveling was absolutely no fun for anyone. It also added over an hour to our travel time.

Horrible customer service!! Young employees not friendly, welcoming or inviting. Did not offer receipt. Food was mediocre. Will drive to another town instead of spending money here in hometown!

The bathrooms and dining area were absolutely filthy, the drink dispenser and lids were unsanitary. The crew, while friendly, was more interested in talking on their phones and socializing with people in the parking lot than serving customers and cleaning up.
