Authentic Dominican food with the true flavor of the island. The beans tasted just like my grandmother’s, and the service was excellent. Fior the owner’s warm attention and the chef’s thoughtful gesture of coming over to let us sample an extra dish made us feel very welcome.

Terrible service I ordered over the phone. Female was rude over the phone as it is. Before I can ask how much and how long she hung up. All she said was bye. I get to the restaurant and had to wait over an hour to get my food. On top of that I order my chicharrón de pollo sin hueso and it was annotated on the receipt and the pollo still came with the hueso. I get home to notice that my food was missing. I assumed that everything was correct after an hour plus waiting for my food. (Mind you the restaurant maybe had 8 people in there total.) So I had to drive back and get my last plate. The service is terrible. I asked for a manager and the girl said he’s not in. Management needs to fix the staff/customer service at this restaurant. On top of all this my mofongo was drier than the back of heals of a homeless man walking down these Miami sidewalks in the middle of that summer heat with no shoes on! It was flavorless and salty! Never going back. Food is super expensive for terrible tasting food and service.

I have spoken with the owners of the restaurant and they have been more that respectful and provided one of the best customer services I have ever had. They offered me a refund, and my next order for my family on them. They assured me that my order will be handled timely, the food will be A1 the customer service will be the best I have had in a while. They also mentioned to me that the service that was provided to me will never happen again and they addressed the issue and it will never happen again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Café Areito, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Our server, Fior, was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The service and food were both top quality, with every dish fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Parking was a breeze, as the restaurant offers plenty of spaces, making it very convenient. The ambience is warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for an enjoyable meal.

Areito Cafe is my favorite go to for any occasion. The food is delicious, the place is clean and well kept, and they have hookahs. The staff is always happy and attentive. I live in Naples and whether I am getting together with family while visiting, or celebrating any special occasion such as a birthdays and/or an anniversary it’s the perfect spot. My favorite is the Sancocho, reminds me of home in Dominican Republic from my grandmothers kitchen.
