Came in 20 min before close. (6:40) The foreign boy with the dark hair standing on his phone asked if I was here for pick up. I said, “No I’m here to place an order”. He said “ I can’t I’m all closed up”. I asked why and that it’s not even 7pm and he said “I’m leaving early”. I asked why that’s my problem and his response was “I work here. I’m leaving early.” Yeah you do work there. Do your job. You are standing there wasting the company money and time.

NASTY, female Subway employee straight up flushed the toilet, came out of the stall and walked on out. Absolutely no excuse! The toilet is one that has to be flushed by HAND, not to mention touching the lock and the door handle to exit. There was sufficient soap in there for washing. People are nasty but it’s rare you come across one in the wild! And to do that while I’m literally STANDING THERE, not like you didn’t know anyone else was in there and wouldn’t see you, which makes it that much more nastier that you’re willing to do that with a customer seeing. Go to Sheetz across the street or anywhere else! Gross.

9 outta 10 stars..we go frequently and only had a problem once, they only had small pieces of roast beef instead of whole slices, and not nearly enough for my Footlong Pro ,so I had to get something else I didn’t enjoy as much..otherwise they are great..love the cookies too

I love this subway but lately the women who work at night are really really slow I mean like 10 min for a wrap slow. It takes them a while to even come to the front I have to ring the bell which I realize that’s why it’s there but it still takes a long while for anyone to come up front. Then these past two times an older lady who works nights has been overcharging me and when I mentioned how the price isn’t correct she said that’s what she’s told to put in so I called the next day and spoke with a man and he said he doesn’t know who taught her that but that I’m not the only one complaining so I urge everyone to check receipts! My wrap I get all the time is the turkey bacon gaucamole it’s $7.29 she rings it up as $6.99 and adds $.79 for bacon when bacon is included then tries to say it’s cheaper that way. She’s the only one that rings it up that way. Other than that the place is pretty good and it’s open 24/7

The only reason I’m giving it only 1 star is because Diana (old white lady) is the slowest worker and on top of that she’s rude. I watched her argue with another worker that was trying to help her with sandwiches because the line was just about to the door. When Diana is alone working 1 sandwich typically takes 7-10 min to make where as anyone else that works there and get them done in a fraction of time. If she wasn’t rude to customers and workers it wouldn’t make me complain. She’s also overcharged me on a few different occasions and when I brought it to her attention she tells me she knows what she’s doing. I get subway often because once off of work sometimes I just want something easy. But when I see Diana’s working I will get back in my car and go to Wendy’s or Hardee’s.

Most of the time these sandwiches are not fitting to eat…like last time I ordered a meatball for my lunch brought it back and took a bite and it tasted like meatballs were right out the freezer then they said you have to request to heat the meatballs up separately. What’s it coming to when a woman cant even make a sandwich nowadays
