Very unwelcoming feeling when the worker won’t even remove his ear buds or open his mouth to ask what you like to order. Sandwhiches were half made- employee was having an attitude or maybe even a bad day but it’s seriously uncalled for to make customers feel uncomfortable. Also the bread was super hard. Definitely need a new to restaff this particular restaurant- I won’t make the mistake of stopping here again!

Clean, nice, and food always appears fresh and well kept. Somehow, this location always seems to have people working that are happy to be there – and that makes a great big difference. I’ve been going for a long time now, and the staff occasionally changes – but still, whoever is doing the hiring there is pretty spot on. This is one of the locations that still seem to take “sandwich artist” seriously – and they’ve always gone to good lengths to make sure it’s not sloppy, and don’t skimp on toppings (they of course don’t go crazy – but I’ve seen lots of subways seem to be counting their green pepper strips by the strip, and the lettuce by the leaf lol). Great location for a bite – sit in, or drive home. *Actually a decent view if you sit in – one of the larger intersections in town, so get to watch the buzz from a comfy spot.

Stopped in the Subway on Jackson Highway in Sheffield, Alabama, for an Outlaw sandwich and, although they were busy, another employee came out from the back to take my order. Uncommon in a lot of restaurants. He was very attentive and asked me what I wanted AND HOW MUCH as he made my sandwich!! The restaurant was very clean! Phenomenal, I WILL be back! Amazing experience!

Puru is a rock star. Subway should use this man in their advertisements! He’s always polite and has the most amazing smile. His laugh is infectious as he makes the sandwiches to order.
The food here is always fresh. Sometimes there is a small wait when the shop is busy but they power thru and keep the line moving.
I don’t come here often but the times I have, the food has been good and lovely smiles have greeted me when I walked through the door.

This store is the ONLY subway I will go to. The guys that work here are great at their jobs. Excellent customer service, store is always clean & sandwich toppings are fresh. I had a bad experience at a different subway in a different state and swore I wouldn’t go back. This subway was open during the ice and snow in January and we went there, instantly changed my mind to go back here when I want an amazing sub with amazing service to go with. Management would do good to keep these guys around. Thank you!!!

Great service tonight! One guy was working alone and about five people ended up having to wait to get their order taken. but he was a champ! friendly and helpful. It also helped that most of the customers were very patient and felt sorry for him. He did better than I would have in the same situation. -2 stars for only one employee on duty. +1 for not being out of cookies as usual at this time of day
