Over the years, I have ordered carry out and delivery from Lou Malnati’s in Highland Park countless times. The staff is always polite and efficient. The food is amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Chicago pizza, fresh salads and great service! Way to go Lou Malnati’s Highland Park!

This was the most disappointing pizza experience from Lou’s. The cheese mass was so stiff and hard to chew. Skimpy topping that were undercooked. Crust that could break your teeth. Sorry, but this was like a hard cheese frisbee! Tomatos are the base…..not a glob of hard cheese that’s heavy as a brick. I will never eat this again. Better off eating a cheap pizza from the grocery store.

I placed a delivery at 7pm. They mentioned it would be a 70 minute wait. I have called 3 times and they mentioned that there was no driver and that they would send someone from the store around 8:40pm. Our pizza NEVER came and the store is closed. I called 3 times at 9pm and no one is answering. Just straight took my money and didnt even deliver the pizza. Give me a refund.

This location repeatedly messes up delivery orders – missing items, wrong items. Lake forest location seems better.
We sent a complaint to Lou Malnati’s corporate and never heard back. Excellent pizza and salad.
Online ordering is misleading when it always quotes to customers 1 hour to arrive. Most orders don’t even leave the restaurant until 75-90 minutes after ordering.
No updates on my phone after unsubscribing from incessant SPAM from LM. A customer must endure constant SPAM from LM, even after unsubscribing, in order to receive notifications about their order in-process.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Second time in a row they messed up my order……….sent salad without dressing last time……promised me a free salad……this time I called and they said no problem……..didn’t sent the salad at all!!
And after specifically asking them to not slant the pizza……..it was horribly slanted with all the sauce slopping over one side and no sauce on the other side!
I called and they just about hung up on me!!!
Extremely disappointed………….time to switch to Piero’s!
