Ya know,
I had about 30 minutes to get to my next flight, decided to come here because they had a to go spot for quick food,
Surprisingly- the fried walleye sandwich was really delicious, I’m always on the lookout for a good fish sandwich/burger and this one was great. Bun was toasty and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the fish was great tasting and the slaw/ tarter on the sandwich tasted fresh and homemade.
I was quite superseded and it only took about 5 minutes for them to get it to me.

$24 for frozen mystery beef patty and some hard fries with a soda. No lettuce, onion or tomato just a bun stuck to the melted cheese with pickles underneath the mystery meat. Something I’d expect from a high school football game.

I’ve had one of the worst travel experiences you can imagine. After arriving here (wherever I am) for my forth flight after a whole day of canceled flights and delays, I just needed something refreshing and a bite to eat. Dasie, my server, just made my day. I sat down shortly before the restaurant closed, but Dasie went out of her way to ensure that I was in no way inconveniencing the staff. The service she provided was a model of the perfect service you hope to get at any restaurant, and it was just what I needed today. The food wasn’t bad either.

Breakfast burrito was less than OK, but they were also heading into lunch so I’ll give them that.
Mimosa was great
Terry was very creepy to my baby and I.

This place is pretty quick and cute. I slightly over price, but hey, that’s what you get in an airport! The frustrating thing about eating here was that they have QR codes on the table, but our waitress refused to open a tab so we couldn’t use the QR code to order or pay. She wasn’t very attentive, so it took a while to place our order. The breakfast BLT was excellent, the potatoes were clearly frozen and reheated. The potatoes had a weird, fluffy texture was really no substance to them like they had been filled with air somehow? They were also out of French toast, which made one member of my party pretty sad.

The veggie burger was good but expensive even for being airport prices. The server was very friendly but that still doesn’t make up for the prices when you can easily walk to another place in the airport

The main entrance to the restaurant features a menu and a cash register, which clearly indicates that you should order before you sit down. I did that, but apparently that was wrong and they wouldn’t let me sit down to eat my meal because it wasn’t dine in. There were a ton of open tables. Stupid, I’m never coming here again. Waste of space in an award winning airport

I recently had the misfortune of experiencing what I can only describe as the worst dining service in my 15 years in the US. As a frequent traveler who flies over 200 hours per year and dines out almost daily, I have a broad perspective on customer service standards, particularly at airport venues.

My visit to this place was fraught with miscommunication and indifference. Initially, my order, which was meant to be for dine-in, was incorrectly processed as a takeout. This confusion led to an awkward situation where I was directed to wait in the pick-up area, only to have my order served for dine-in and then repackaged as a takeout.

The experience worsened when I was inexplicably asked to leave the dining area, aka kicked out, while trying to order additional items. The staff’s demeanor throughout was cold and uninviting, showing little regard for customer satisfaction.

The attached photo showcases the $17 breakfast I received, which speaks volumes about the quality and value for money. This level of service and presentation is unacceptable, especially at this price point.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Bottle Rocket to improve their service, more important, to help future customers to avoid this place. As it stands, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience.

Had the Italian Grinder. The sandwich had decent flavour though a bit of oregano might have added a bit more kick. The pepperoncini was not really discernible nor was the tomato. The Italian dressing was in a nice proportion to the meats.

The fries were crisp but unseasoned.

The staff greeted me immediately upon sitting down and had my drink to me within a couple minutes. The food was also relatively fast.

Overall, a decent place to eat while waiting at the airport.

Local fare? Maybe they meant the food is locally unloaded from a Sysco truck. Not great. Chik-Fil-A would have been better and cheaper
