This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to The workers does not get in a rush. They will sit there and talk to each other 10 minutes before they even Get your order when people come early of the morning they’re headed to work. They don’t got 30 minutes to sit there and wait on you to chat

I always order an iced coffee or frappuccino from Starbucks.
Today I wanted a hot brewed coffee. Never having a hot coffee from Starbucks, I didn’t know what would taste good. I asked the cashier(assistant manager) what would taste best for hot brewed coffee since I never had it. She suggested adding a flavor syrup with cream and sugar. I chose caramel with the cream and sugar. Let me tell you! It was so good! Great suggestion!!

I really try too stay away from starbucks that are located in the shopping store if iam buying regular coffee just because they don’t make same list for me .
I had vary bad experience in this store waited more then 15 min for coffee and when I got everything that I ordered my order was all wrong and coffee was bad

Stopped in after a Vols game to grab a pick me up and was told by the girl behind the counter that they closed in 10 min and did not have any got coffee. It was obvious that they had already cleaned up and did not want to wait on me. We frequent the area and will not be stopping at this Starbucks again!

The staff is mostly friendly, and the drinks are inconsistent. However Its very nice to be able to get my coffee while shopping.
The area is always clean. The cups are always displayed nicely, (a bit expensive) . Order on the App is much faster.

Use the mobile order app!!!!! It’s so nice to just walk up, grab my already-paid-for drink, and go shopping. Also, it’s a half-starbucks, so I don’t expect the best coffee ever, but the matcha lattes are so bad it’s hilarious Also, there’s one lady who is really good at being a barista, and I appreciate her for telling me I can get a frappé without coffee because I was pregnant

First thing first, every drink I’ve gotten from here has tasted awful. It’s your job to take orders, greet your customers, and make drinks according to the recipe (in a timely manner.) The workers seem to disregard their customers and bothered by customers coming up to order. Do not waste your money at this Starbucks.
