Went thru the drive thru, ordered 3 sandwiches, one of them was supposed to be a 16 inch, said it 2 times. Only got the regular size. The #12 only had 1 piece of turkey and was mostly lettuce. Very disappointed.

This location needs to stop doing doordash/ Uber eats when they’re understaffed. These poor people working here are swamped. I sat in drive thru for 20 minutes waiting. The people working did their best but you can tell they’re completely overwhelmed. Definitely not freaky fast and it’s because they’re still having to fulfill delivery orders.

I usually order on the app so the subs are ready when I arrive. Great staff who are very friendly and on top of things. My personal favorite is the Italian night club sandwich. They have a few spots to sit inside and a drive through. Not a huge parking lot so ypu may have to park next door at ace.

Freaky fast is a complete lie these days. They use Uber now and it takes over an hour to get it delivered. They also frequently get the order wrong.

#4 add cheese and cucumber. I had to add my own tomatoes because they were left off. This is the skinniest JJ sandwich I’ve EVER gotten. I don’t see myself returning here anytime soon.

I was working across the street at Kroger literally a two minute walk and it took over an hour to get 3 sandwiches delivered and the toasted one was cold and sucked bc of it!!! I usually love jimmy johns I called and they told me they were done and they would run them right over and I still waited another 45 minutes….

They’ve become such a joke. Took over an hour for delivery, the estimate was 25 minutes. They sent Uber eats to deliver, the driver was moving at a snails pace, after arriving 40 minutes late she had to unplug her phone and confirm delivery as we were trying to get to a baseball game. They also forgot our drink as well. Has to be the worst and slowest Jimmy Johns in the area.

I would give zero stars if I could because I received zero service. I walked in and there were 4 employees. Only two were doing something useful. The other two were standing around doing nothing. Besides a hello from one guy, there was no acknowledgement of me by the other team members. I stood there at the counter for nearly 2 minutes. Nothing. Nobody said anything to me. Nobody said we’ll take your order when you’re ready or anything like that. Nothing at all.
Usually the service is okay, and the prices are a little high, but the food is almost always good. This is unacceptable. Looks like I won’t be doing business here anymore, because I’m not worth the time of day to them.
