The manager on duty was very pleasant. The pizza was hot and fresh. The chicken was amazing very tasteful. Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time but will definitely return to location.

Please forgive the length of this review. I ordered pizza, breadsticks, and wings on Saturday, February 28th at 6:35 PM. As you can see in the screenshot below. The food didn’t arrive until 9:47 PM, as shown in the picture, and it was ice cold when it got here.
I filed a complaint online and was contacted by someone who I assume was the store manager. Instead of addressing the issue, he called me a liar and insisted that there was no way their store would ever take that long to deliver an order. He then called back again and told me I was banned from ordering from this store in the future.
I have never experienced something so unprofessional from a business. All I wanted was to have my order reimbursed, but instead I was accused of lying and banned from the store.
Trying to get a hold of corporate seems useless because they just direct it to the store.
Whatever you do, do not order from this store. They don’t answer the phone. I was trying to cancel because it was taking so long but no one would answer the phone. The manager was confrontational from the moment he called me after the complaint.

i went to this pizza hut recently and had a wonderful experience! when our friends went and got our order, our wings were left behind. when we went back we were greeted by tony, the sweet man working the counter who was very apologetic and made it right for us immediately! tabitha was working in the kitchen and i want to make sure both of them get credit for the lovely experience we had at this location! thank you! will definitely be returning 🙂

Bad quality. They seem to rush everything. Asked for extra sauce, sauce was light, the crust was huge because there was so little sauce and cheese. Crust was also dry and gross.
I know Pizza Hut can still taste good if the workers actually follow the recipe. They’re clearly doing it carelessly. I’d rather they be slower and actually try to make a good pizza. These fast food pizza places just have no pride in making good food. It’s just a job they have to slog their way through. Management is to blame too if they can’t ensure quality control and proper training.
I’ve given this shop at least 5 tries now. Always bad. They give Pizza Hut a bad name.

Had a carry out order placed (1 stuffed crust pizza) and promptly came to pick it up at this location (I live less than a mile from the Poplar location but for some reason they are closed during a Steeler game). I only ordered Pizza Hut to try their stuffed crust pizza. When I arrived the employee was on the phone with a customer who probably asked the employee 100 questions about what kind of food they sell (no fault of the worker but at this point there are 3 different people waiting for service he probably should have put them on hold). The phone orders card kept getting declined and he kept all of us waiting while dealing with that and no other employees are able to work the computer to check us out. This was frustrating but no big deal since I felt bad for the worker. I eventually got the pizza after at least 10 minute wait and took it home. Missed part of the 3rd quarter for it. I get home and open the pizza and it’s over cooked, very thin, and hard as a rock. This will be my first and last time getting Pizza Hut. Back to Papa John’s for their stuffed crust. This pizza is not good.

Quite simply, the absolute worst pizza in my entire life!
Extremely salty, almost no sause, flavorless crust.
Add to that, rather salty service during pickup.
Such a shame, Pizza Hut was a childhood favorite. I hadn’t gone there in a really long time and thought I’d give it a try.

Absolutely horrible experience. They outsourced the delivery to door dash automatically. My pizza arrived totally wrong. They sent plain cheese and I ordered thin crust with cheese .chicken tomatoes. My 2 liter pop did not arrive at all. Driver shrugged his shoulders and left. Called pizza hut and the shift MANAGER stated he can’t do anything to fix it or refund me!!!!! Awful. Never order from here again!!!!

After waiting OVER 50 minutes, there was still no sign of my pizza and wings order. It said it would be ready at 5:07 and at 5:44 I finally cancelled. 3 times the store “manager” said, “It’s coming out now”, which turned out to be a total lie! Too many other choices for pizza and wings.
Do yourself a favor, if you screw up, OWN IT! Don’t lie and make things worse!
