Gotta say I’m impressed with them! Ordered over the phone and the kid was very sweet and was even trying to help me find a deal for my delivery order. It’s been raining hard and it started to light up so decided to order. Definitely gave them a tip for “weather=emotional distress” lol I adored that sticker. Food was below par. Granted haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza in a few months, maybe they’ve changed their recipe? The pizza was not edible. The bread sticks greasy. The Cinnabons were the only thing that got ate. Half of slice of sausage & ham pizza and almost a whole slice from the supreme w/extra cheese that didn’t seem to have any at all. The Drive thru pick up window gentleman was full of Christmas joy and very pleasant. PH, what happened?

Ok last visit wasn’t great THIS VISIT seems all staff was really good I THINK HER NAME WAS ALLYSSA HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS, I DO NOT SPEAK VERY LOUDLY. A MISUNDERSTANDING HAPPENED , NONE OF IT WAS HER FAULT SHE WAS SUPER POLITE AND HANDLED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I CAN SEE HER BEING A MANAGER AND GOING FAR. I am a Mulvane resident who frequents this store. The past two orders have been very disappointing. About 3 weeks ago, I ordered two specialty pizzas, and they both had very little cheese and ingredients on the pizzas. I just thought it was a fluke, as the pizzas I have ordered from this store in the past have been great. My most recent order, I ordered a Big New Yorker , and it was the same way. There were only 2 to 3 pieces of pepperoni per slice and there was VERY little cheese (see picture). Definitely wasn’t a “Big New Yorker” that is supposed to be covered in pepperoni and cheese. It was so disappointing, we ate three pieces and threw away the rest. I likely will not go back to this store in the future, due to the declining quality. The franchise owner should really check in on this store, as customers will stop coming if the declining quality continues.

Somehow you never feel welcomed here. It feels like you’re getting in the way of them doing other things It was SoOoOoOoo cold tonight we almost got up and left before we got the food It is ridiculous to have the dining area this cold. It should never be colder than 72 for dine in GUEST.
We were told that it was cold because if they turn the air conditioner down the floors sweat and it’s slippery. Maybe consider a dehumidifier!

Clean, Our server was by himself and he still managed to give is great service. Our pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. We may have had to wait a little bit but it was worth the wait.

If I could give them a zero, I would. We ordered a hand tossed pizza. But received a very poorly half a**ed hand tossed pizza, that was basically as thin as their thin crust pizza. We called because sometimes people make mistakes. However, they showed up at the door with a pizza that looked EXACTLY the same as the first one, if not THINNER.
