Best take out hibachi in Hammond, the portions are huge. One hibachi meal dinner size feeds 2 of us, me and my 8 years old daughter! Definitely making this a regular family takeout spot. Highly recommend!

We ordered a bunch of sushi so that can be put in a boat and it was absolutely amazing! Every piece of sashimi was incredibly fresh, beautifully sliced, and melted in the mouth—especially the salmon and tuna. The sushi rolls were flavorful and well-balanced, with just the right amount of sauce that didn’t overpower the taste of the fresh ingredients.
Sushi chef is also the owner .The staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made the whole dining experience even better.
Highly recommend this place to any sushi lover. Definitely coming back again!

Absolutely delicious! The hibachi chicken and steak were cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The fried rice was well-seasoned and not greasy at all. I also loved the creamy dipping sauce on the side—it complemented the meat really well. Portion size was generous, and everything was served hot and fresh. Highly recommend this place for a satisfying and tasty meal!

It’s a small restaurant with a single chef. So I had to wait longer for my food than at most Japanese restaurants as he filled others’ orders. I ordered the sushi deluxe, which was a combination of sushi chosen by the chef and a California roll. It was moderately priced at $24 and included either miso soup or a salad to begin. I chose the soup.
It was the first time in my life that I didn’t like miso soup. I tasted it several times to be sure. It was watery. I set it to the side.
The pieces of sushi were small, but I felt that was commensurate with the price I paid. And the chef was nice enough to allow me to pick a couple of pieces. The flavor was ordinary, except the mackerel, which I had requested, didn’t taste good at all.
I should note that my server was very friendly, and she replaced the miso soup with the small salad with ginger dressing.
I wish I could offer a better rating.

Five stars! Hibachi steak and shrimp here are absolutely amazing! The beef is tender and juicy, and the shrimp is perfectly cooked—plump and flavorful. Paired with fried rice and vegetables, every bite is satisfying. The seasoning is just right—not too salty or greasy—and the sauce adds a rich, delicious taste. The portion size is generous, making it a great value. I’ll definitely be coming back！
