By far the best Trop I’ve ever been to or had food from. Crispy tortillas, smooth drinks without chunks of ice, friendly staff, and they always get my order right. I’ve maybe ordered them 30-40 times on Uber Eats but wish I would’ve picked up and got the rewards. That’s my only downfall.

We love tropical Smoothie but this location is awful. Briana was extremely rude when simply asked if our order was being made since people who ordered after us received their smoothies. Smoothies also very watered down, management should do some customer service training.

Rude Staff – Watered Down Smoothies
Avoid this place unless you enjoy paying $10 for frozen water with an attitude.
We ordered three smoothies from here and all were terrible. They were watery and had no flavor – esp the 2 Island Green Smoothies – they tasted extremely bland, like nothing. It is obvious very little fruit, if any was used in them. We order these all the time from a different brand and they are excellent. This store does not care at all about their customers. This is the third time this has happened at this location and they don’t care about serving a good product. They put the minimum amount of fruit to rip off their customers. This has happened too many times for it to be a mistake. As soon as we received them, we called to explain what happened and they refused to give us a refund and hung up on us. Extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. Avoid this place.
NOTE: In their response to my review, the manager claims they offered to redeliver and blamed it on a delivery issue. Not true – delivery was friendly and on time. The staff did NOT offer a coupon or to redeliver (via Doordash). They said I would have to come up there and pick up new smoothies -that is all they would do. They refused to give a coupon or refund. They are able to give a refund, it happens all the time – she just did not know how to give one. She hung up on me. This was a quality control issue – they did not put fruit in the smoothies and do that all the time.

First time visitor and we enjoyed quick and friendly service. The jerk chicken wrap had a ton of great flavor. My Bahama Mama smoothie was very good as well. The only miss was the sweet potatoes for me but they do have other side options I’ll try next time.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but i am highly disappointed in my açaí bowl. i order these bowls multiple times a week and they are one of my favorite items from tropical smoothie. i add peanut butter to my bowl for the extra $1.29 which isn’t a problem. usually they put the peanut butter on top of everything and then it will stick to the lid and you have to scrape it off which isn’t a big deal to me. i was pretty disappointed today when i picked up my order and opened my bowl for there to be a dollop of peanut butter stuck to the lid with a piece of lettuce in it. it’s ridiculous to pay extra for one bite worth of peanut butter to go with the whole bowl. then to see the random piece of lettuce shows there wasn’t much care put into the presentation of my bowl. i understand mistakes happen but this is just silly.

WoW! Yum, perfect pick me up this morning! The Sunrise Sunset Smoothie , which is perfect blend of strawberries, pineapple, mango and orange juice’ only 360 calories for a massive size, loved it! Quick friendly service, also enjoy their Tropical Chicken Salad which is a delightful 9 grain bread topped with pulled chicken, cashews, roasted pineapple salsa and jerk mayo! They offer a half size and it was generous compliment to my (( I’ll be back Smoothie)) total cost only $ 7.79 – nice lil Brunch!ie! Enjoy! – Jo

Went to buy a smoothie, detox island green. Was charged $7.89 and the on the board it was listed at $7.39. I asked the cashier why I was charged more than the list price and they just said sorry our prices changed and walked away. Pretty unprofessional

They forgot to add pesto to my pesto sandwich. when I asked if they could make it again with the pesto they proceeded to give me an attitude and asked if I could just go without. When I said no I just want pesto on it I got an eye roll from another worker and no response. After correcting it someone came and dropped the bag on my table.
