Standard fare for a Jimmy Johns.. Definitely one of the larger dining room versions. It was lunch time, so it was definitely not Freaky Fast as it seemed they prioritized the delivery orders first, which was evident by my 13 minute or more wait for a sandwich. The sandwich was good, my bread was harder than I would like. Cookies were fresh and chips are chips. Staff was pleasant. Place was clean.

Very efficient use of time. Order in the app for easier and quicker service. This location if just like the others we have tried. The customer service was excellent. The food was ready when we arrived. This location is highly recommended! We will try the one on the other side of the convention center and report on it later.

Taking my order was grueling but the young cashier was doing her best. It took easily 8-10mins to take our order of two 8inch tuna sub combos on wheat. See the pic of what an 8″ wheat bread sub looks like. The only redemption is it was delicious! They deserve a second chance. Bathrooms were very clean.

Ordered delivery from here. I scheduled my delivery and they brought it whenever they felt like it. The sandwich was badly burnt and there was almost no turkey on it. The bread was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Maybe the worst sandwich I have ever ordered and I cannot find where to leave feedback on their website. Don’t order their food.

I have eaten here many times but today, (10/29/2024) I chose to order online for pickup since I had a limited lunch. Picked up my bag and noticed that none of the requests I had checked were fullfilled. Also, sandwich was lighter than usual. Maybe an off day…My gripe is mostly with these places that ask you to include a tip(i did), and crap out on your order.

I have ordered many times from Jimmy John’s, it is one of my favorite places for lunch while at work. I work on a hospital where it is difficult to leave the floor that I work on, so I put specific instructions on my order. This is the second time that I have ordered from this store and they have left my food somewhere that was not at all what I asked for. When I finally sat down to eat, I was missing items and had the sandwich order was incorrect. Needless to say I will not be ordering while at work again. I do not have the luxury of leaving my floor until I go to lunch, and if I have to wait for them to show up, then I have wasted my lunch and still do not get to eat. This was a complete waste of money. When I called the store, there was no answer so nothing could be done about the food i paid for that was missing, and the incorrect sandwich order.
