Very good pizza. Had hand tossed and thin crust. Good volume of toppings. Great crust on both. Very friendly staff (I picked up in store). Will definitely order again if they keep up with this quality and volume of toppings! Sometimes a new store can take awhile for the franchise process to get institutionalized into the employees. They are off to a great start at the new Genntown location. Not an eat-location.

Really good food… The Detroit crust is amazing… I’ve ate here several times, but don’t trust the delivery, the manager is Incapable of making that possible, they won’t even notify you when they can’t make a delivery, you have to call and find out after waiting almost an hour and a half. Then they will say, we can’t do it, but you can come get your food, or refund you…What??? Why didn’t you say that over an hour ago? Then they blame DoorDash… It’s disgusting to hear their excuses.

Visiting from Arizona and decided to order delivery lastnight. I ordered for 3 adults and 3 teen boys. Got a veggie and a pepperoni 8slice pizza also the sweet chili wings. This pizza has got to be the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had plenty. There was barely any sauce. The pizza wasn’t fully cooked, cheese not melted and the crust was doughy. The wings I asked for them to be well done which they were not. They were extremely gummy but the sauce was good. If I could give zero stars I would. This was a complete waste of my money. My boys didn’t even eat any of it. I added some photos so y’all can see what we had left over to go to the trash smh.

Delivery service is sub par. They contract door dash but don’t disclose. This is the third time the estimate has been under 30 minutes and it takes more than an hour or never comes. Today they were “waiting for it to be picked up” for an hour and a half. Last time is came cold over an hour late.

I ordered direct from website at 7:30. They said it would be 70 min. According to their own tracker, it was “on the road” within 20 minutes. It’s now 9:23 and I still have no pizza. Called the store and it turns out no one picked it up to deliver. Hopefully they remember to refund my card because they sure didn’t remember to call me to tell me no pizza was coming.

Ordered a 4 corner and a cheese bread with a side of pizza sauce made it home no pizza sauce for the cheese bread so not going to eat. I called let them no about the sauce they said they could credit the sauce, I thought the sauce came with the food disappointed bc it’s trash now. When ever I visit my father in law ordering JETs has become a tradition!! The pizza never disappoints so many great options but my favorite is the Eugene Supreme and the NY style cheese pizza with a side of JETs triple cheese turbo Stix always makes for a delicious meal!! If you ever get a chance stop in your won’t be disappointed.

I have ordered from this Jets 3 times and every time I order it takes well over an hour for delivery. Just today it will be a 2 hour delivery time.

Jets has great pizza, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered via text (15% off) the order has been lost or it has been delivered with a different order. Apparently they use AI when using text ordering. Yes there’s a follow up reply so you can verify the order. Had to call the store on all 3 occasions. They really need to work on their app as well. Other chains apps work flawlessly. They use DoorDash for delivery as well and I believe that’s where the problem lies. If they had their own drivers, I believe there would be less mistakes
