Worst pizza I’ve had in 30 years. I don’t expect much, because its Tucson, but this was like eating literal cardboard. Dough was flavorless, bone dry, and super chewy. Crust inedible it was so dry. Cheese was obviously dirt cheap and also flavorless. Sauce was actually good, except I barely got any at all. No garlic on the crust. And the worst part – canned mushrooms?! Even Dominos uses fresh mushrooms, which is what I expected. I haven’t seen a pie made with canned mushrooms in 30 years lol. Also cut unevenly. Just terrible. Forced myself to eat 3 different sized slices and threw the rest in the trash where it belonged. Go literally anywhere else. Too much time in the oven. Dough needs olive oil and salt, pies need at least a little more sauce, and get some fresh veggies. Learn to cut symetrically. Everything I asked about came pre-packed out of a bag, which is contradictory for a place that brags about making their own dough. Didn’t think I had to question the mushrooms. Also, this location does not honor most national deals, but rather charges dollars more for sales items. Left these comments in case anyone cares.

Looking for fine dining?—this isn’t it! But after popping a gummy and melting into the couch, this is the best meal to ever touch my lips. It is one of our go-to’s for kick backs and lazy Saturdays. The bread is always pillowy soft and the cheese is melted to perfection, plus adding any one of their dipping sauces adds a new burst a creamy flavor!

Received a coupon for free pizza had to use by next day I ordered it for pick up. They called me and told me the walk in went out and all the toppings were ruined. I asked if I could just use it on the next day. Because they couldn’t fulfill my order. They said they would work with me. And the manager would call me. It’s been a week and I have heard nothing. I sent a message to the Corporate office and heard nothing.

Kept seeing commercials for weeks and finally was in a place to give it a try. Should have gotten the manager’s name because he was so very helpful, patient and attentive. Lots of pizza for a reasonable price. Wonderful.

Food is great! No complains there but the staff could have a better attitude whether you order in person or over the phone, the tone is just rude. “Anything else? No that’s all thank you! Yup” common courtesy is all. For me, Not a big deal if the franchise doesn’t honor the online deals, as I said food is good but what keeps me from ordering again is their customer service. Definitely kills the vibe.

Marco’s is really good pizza, served super quickly and cheerfully. Of course all pizza is best cold the next morning, but I especially like Marco’s day-old pizza. Something about the ingredients and texture just blending really well. I especially like the thick crust — always chewy but never doughy. Baked to perfection just the way I like it. One of my favorite things about the Marco’s pizza in Oro Valley is that the veggies, peppers, and garlic are always fresh and smell as good as they taste.

The pizza was delicious. We are currently trying as many local pizza joints and this is a solid 9/10 in our book. Fresh, gooey cheesy pizza!
Our largest complaint isn’t about the food it’s the facility. We walked in and were overwhelmed. Very small menu screen and felt “pressured” seen a menu on the counter and grabbed a tabled to read it.
The menu does not have pricing on it, and neither did the screen. Any place that doesn’t show prices give to food for us vibes.
Back of menu had a scan me code thing. Did that. So annoying having to use your phone to get an idea how expensive your lunch is going to be.
Was pleasantly surprised that it was reasonably priced!
Ordered online while sitting in their lobby.
Lobby also consisted of 4 tables. We took one and then it looks like a company was hosting a lunch-in and had to bring chairs from the outside in.
Purchased food.

This franchise does NOT honor the sales you see on tv, the franchise owner is greedy as hell and charges dollars more for the same thing. Because of this I go to Dominos where a large 1 topping pie is ALWAYS $7.99, and I recommend you do the same. Sad.
