I ordered light cheese and there definitely was a lot of cheese. This has happened twice at this store. The people are great and friendly but they don’t seem to pay attention to the instructions on the online order. I have pictures of the pizza and the order where light cheese was requested but I dont see a place to add picture

Normally I love Domino’s pizza but this order had one burned pizza . I paid extra for extra toppings it did not appear to be any extra at all. We have irdered from multiple Dominos in multiple locations and they have all been similar. Thus one was not. When the person with me stopped by to tell them about the problem, the assistant mznager said she made the pizza and there was nothing wrong with it. I took pictures. I do not plan to order from this restaurant again.

I go here a lot never really had a problem a few times my pizzas were wrong but I understand tonight I went here got home and there was a piece of plastic it looked like baked on top of my pizza.went back up there and apparently the lobby was closed even tho the door was open they told me I had Togo to the drive thru even with a complaint.so of course then I was already mad. Then the lady at the window acted like that didn’t come from here. I did not just drive back 20 mins for a pizza.it wasn’t worth my gas.i drove back to make sure it didn’t happen to someone else.i have kids if something would have happened to them.i just didn’t want it to happen to anyone else.she did say she would put a credit on my account.it don’t matter I won’t be back there.i was just wanting to make sure it didn’t happen to someone else and the woman basically acted like I did it myself

I don’t know what happened to this place but recently the wait times are astronomical that is if you can get a worker to even come to the window soon after you pull up. Most of the time the order is incorrect or someone else’s order. The past 4 times we have went we have had these complaints every time. Either Domino’s needs to hire more people or change management. I don’t mind waiting an hour plus for the pizza but don’t tell me it’ll be 20 minutes then have me wait for 40. We always order online and pick up at the store. Unfortunately we will have to change our regular pizza joint unless things change.

When you call the phone number you don’t get a employee. You have to order through a automated system. I ordered a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 Hawaiian large pizza. I went to the location and the pizza came out to $ 22.91. I should have opened it and looked before opening it. It was a big mess. Everyone mixed together. It was also very saucy. Lots of it. I managed to eat two slices and rest went in the garbage.

Let’s start by saying I was a very loyal customer of this store and the employees that work there are wonderful. Now let’s get to today my order was cancelled and the district manager called me and said that they do not deliver to my work anymore which is 4.7 miles away, I have gotten it delivered at least once a week for well over a year. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could show who cost domino’s a very loyal customer.
