USED TO HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place in terms of food quality , service and decent delivery time 10/10 could not find fault in them .
HOWEVER TONIGHT’S SERVICE AND FOOD WAS UTTERLY ABYSMAL.
Food quality : -1/10 ( a body just out a morgue freezer would be warmer then then my order I received .)
Service : 5/10
(service rated a fair 5 as I contacted BBQ grill Chatham to explain the situation .They offered to redo my entire order to which I declined after a 40 + minute wait for my order i wasn’t prepared to wait another 40+ mins I was told my order was the first to be delivered )
(The distance from BBQ grill Chatham to my residence is 0.2 miles a 2 minute drive ) CLEARY NOT THE CASE TO RECEIVE STONE COLD FOOD^.

This is the second time I’ve ordered in a row and had the order messed up. First time I was given someone else’s food and had to drive back to the takeaway and have it rectified. This time half of my food has gone cold as the other half is missing. Told the staff member that my food has gone cold in the half hour wait for the second half missing and they did not give any compensation or replacement food. I’m more than happy to give the cold stuff back for the correct order. While I was speaking to one member of staff, he passed the phone over to someone else because he couldn’t be bothered to deal with the issue.
Came back to get new hot food and saw the staff member who took my order laughing at me and running into the back. I won’t be ordering from here again, bad customer service.
