This was my first time at Rita’s, so the options were a bit overwhelming for me. However our hostess was super cool I asked her the popular flavors, what she likes and what flavors I usually go for. So we did a strawberry cheesecake something…I’m still working on getting the names right . Portions are gigantic, plenty of parking, clean and quick service.

I love ritas ive been going for a while and the serving portions are great! But unfortunately tonight wasn’t please have all your staff serving the same size :(! 6$ for this is insane. I paid got a small with sprinkles and theres like no sprinkles.

I have had very different experiences during my last few visits. The service has not been consistent, and the portion sizes seem to be diminishing. I used to be a big fan, but I am not sure if I will be visiting much more.

The Seaonal concrete apple and pumpkin spice desserts are delicious. You must try them before the season is gone.

Just picked up 3 items, the two that were italian ice were garbage. Lacking flavor. Unfortunately they both went into the garbage. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I love Rita’s. The servings are good and the prices reasonable. However, this location has limited parking. Difficult to get in and out. They don’t secure their umbrellas well. A stiff wind pulled one out of a table and hit my fiance. Not their fault, but maybe it could have been prevented. Regardless, I would definitely return and recommend it.

Some random lady at Rita’s told me that the kids was bigger than the small so I ordered the kids and then they gave me an extra small cup. I was like what the heck one star. PS I went up to complain and they said lol that’s it you problem
