The food is good most of the time, but the portions are sporadic on whether you’ll get enough rice or meat. Speaking of which, every time my family has gone there, by the time we get to the front of the line, they’re out of chicken, or rice. I’ve even had a time where they were out of lettuce, which is crazy. I hope they get a bit better with how they manage keeping track of ingredient levels as well as giving their customers a well portioned bowl.

I love Chipotle. The only reason for 3 stars was because of how their app works. I placed an order (with my GPS on) within the same parking lot of this Chipotle. I placed the order and it placed it at my “favorite” location 40 miles away. So instead of reordering on the app, I just went into the store and ordered. My mistake for not looking beforehand. But then when I tried to refund/cancel it online, I had to talk to their AI chatbot to get it to cancel, but to cancel it, I had to have a new order number from repurchasing it at a different store on the app (which i didn’t have bc I ordered in person). So needless to say, I purchased 2 $40 meals for 1. Not really how intended on spending $80.

Very disappointed with having no steak we asked if they could just give us chicken and some how we got charged for extra chicken on a bowl and burrito with no extra chicken. Never going back again wasted money on not even having extra portions. Very underrated staff and very garbage food ill never again walk inside of a chipotle even if my life depended on it.

So the food tastes good when you can get it fresh. My biggest gripe with this Chipolte, and I used to come 2-3/wk is that the portion sizes have gotten ridiculously small for the price. I understand being stingy on the meat, but the rice and beans is obnoxious. They couldn’t even fill the bowl with rice, after flattening the rice. Rice and beans do not cut in to margins like meat does. We deserve better, and hopefully the reviews and the loss of semi weekly customers will enact change.

We go often and I mean like once a week. I order kids tacos and hubby gets a bowl. Food is always fresh and hot. 1000 ways to make your burrito or bowl. Have it made to your liking.

I walked in at 9:20 and the Sofritas were almost out and very dry. I asked if there would be more and the guy working told me no. I initially was going to leave but then realized that they don’t close till 11 so I went back in just to make sure that they weren’t completely out. Another person told me they could make some it would just take ten minutes. I said I’d wait. While in the lobby they put up the chair where I was sitting in the table and I just felt in the way and not welcome. I felt bad because they had an outrage and couldn’t do hard tacos or chips so I’m sure it was a rough day over all for them but I just want to be served like everyone else.

Came in without a single car in the parking lot. Everyone was just standing there. The lobby was disgusting! Floor and tables were completely dirty. Go up to order and most everything was empty. They asked the girl at the grill and nothing was even started yet. So we hardly had anything to be able to fill our bowl and burrito. Ended up having to get the extra charge items to have something to eat. Go to sit down and dont want to touch anything. Another couple asked for a table to be cleaned. The girl from the grill came out and cleaned 1 table and went back leaving the rest dirty. They had plenty of workers. 2 on the front, 3 in the drive thru area which didnt have any cars either and several coming out of the back room. They even said they have been slow probably due to the fair. The food was horrible! Beans were hard. Everything was cold. The burrito press wasn’t even on. Even seen the girl from the grill who I think was the manager buying a drink when the store was a disaster next door.

30 minute wait to not even receive my food and employees don’t even ask for the name on a mobile when you’re standing directly in front of them. Never seen a place in more dire need of a proper manager or team lead. Not the first time i’ve had problems at this store or other chipotles either.

Atmosphere/service – energy from the workers was not very welcoming which makes for a bad atmosphere. My son asked for vinaigrette. Worker stated she didn’t have time to make any. So we waited about an hour. We had 3 hours to kill before the next game. Went back up and asked again (assuming that someone was going to “make” some). We were simply told, we are out. The 1st worker we asked looked annoyed that we had asked again. If it’s not something you can make, then simply let us know that, however if you can make it, there were plenty of people and down time so we assumed it would be made. Going through the line was no picnic either. Just make what I’m asking. I was disappointed in this location or maybe I just value service.
