Very clean. The parking can be difficult because it is located near Target and Lucky Dog. Traffic entry is congested because a a 4-way stop is located 3 car lengths from the entry/exit traffic light.

This is one of my favorite Chick-fil-As ever. It’s conveniently located at bridgepoint where there’s a lot of other shopping as well as next to Tesla chargers. But what really makes this Chick-fil-A is Manny the manager. He is so kind and personable and makes you feel welcome every time.

My friends and I stopped here early in the morning on our way to Monterey as a meetup spot. We were debating whether to go in when an employee at the cashier warmly waved us inside (and I’m so glad he did!).
Manny greeted us with genuine warmth, was patient as we took our time ordering, and wasn’t bothered at all when we phoned our missing friend about her order. He shared his insider favorite meals and sauces, and later addressed us as “Señorita” followed by our names when bringing our food directly to our table.
His service stood out because it felt sincere rather than scripted (I expected him to be the manager). Unexpected diner energy at a food chain. Excellent service from this employee!
Other note: I got the Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap with Avocado Lime Ranch. It was light enough for my later heavier meal. Loved the sauce!
