Any other employee anywhere else would have let us drive off sauce-less, but Anthony is unlike anyone else. I just went thru drive thru order chicken grill burger that supposedly have a huge size jalapeno as for long time , today I don’t see a big jalapeños just tiny one , the purpose of this burger is having a big size jalapeño that brings the flavor with grill chicken, I guess the workers there are doing fat job doesn’t pay attention , geez and I paid so much for this tasteless burger , please pay attention when you bake your customers orders and hope the manager is reading this and take care of all the issues because that will affect your business

This is the go to place when you are in knotts soak city! 10mn walk from the park itself!! If you leave the parking lot you will
“BE CHARGE” $15 again. Definitely not worth it just walk to “Carls Jr.” And save yourself the $$ and head aches. You’ll even get some exercise while your at it!

One of the cashiers/cooks at night (named Destiny) gave me the wrong order today. I asked if I can have light sauce and she only put 1/4 of sauce, please see photo attached. I don’t know if they got upset because a few weeks back they had not put sauce on my Big Carl and I mentioned to them if they can please add sauce because they didn’t the previous time. Since then they have made me wait in the drive thru without them saying anything after the welcoming recorded voice speaks given me, given me the bottom part of the waffle fries more than once (crumbs), not add sauce on my Big Carl Burger, or just put sauce on one bun. Today was 1/4 sauce and no sauce on the bottom bun. I guess its their way to get back at me. I just don’t understand why they are being petty and rude. One pays and expects quality food. All the other cashiers I have had are not like that. I Love CARLS JR, but when errors like this happen, one has to make a report even if I do not like to.

Love going to this Carl’s Jr after work! The drive thru lane can be long but the staff is quick on their feet and fast with hot fresh food. Elizabeth was the cashier for the night and she made me feel at home when I received my spicy chicken with the rest of my order and condiments! Thank you !!!

It’s empty inside the restaurant, if you look at the floors, they’re not clean properly. There’s still a lot of grime and dirt around the soda fountain, and around the cast registers so a deep cleaning on the floors should be needed. The customer service is not exceptional, you try and ask a question and they give you a one-word answer and then they walk away so I feel like if you have additional questions you need to bring a upper management into the conversation.
