This location has renewed my faith in Taco Bell and I didn’t think that was possible. Staff was nice, food came out fast and the entire order was right and tasted good. The floor wasn’t sticky, which is a big deal to me.
I’m not a fan of guacamole at all, so this completely ruined the meal for me. What made it worse was that it wasn’t just a small amount that could be scraped off — it was loaded onto multiple tacos. By the time I noticed, I had already left, so going back wasn’t really an option.
When you’re grabbing fast food, you expect accuracy, especially on basic items like tacos. It’s frustrating when your order isn’t followed, and it ends up being a waste of money. I was hungry and looking forward to a quick meal, but instead I wound up throwing the tacos out entirely because I couldn’t eat them.
Mistakes happen, but attention to detail matters in food service. This visit missed the mark for me, and I’m hoping they improve order accuracy going forward.
It’s like the workers don’t know they work at Taco Bell. Constructing the food should not be that hard lol everything is already made. Go to main st in pk you’d probably get better food even tho they suck too
Btw expect watered down drinks with too much ice since they dont wanna replace their drink syrup as often.
First, the food- I’ve enjoyed the Cantina chicken bowl many times at different Taco Bells since it came out. It’s nice to have an option here with a gluten intolerance. When I arrived home, after a 5 minute drive, the food was lukewarm at best. The hot ingredients are clearly not being held at the right temperature. The portions of each ingredient were extremely small based on other bowls I’ve gotten, even at this location. There was barely even enough cheese to say there was cheese. The food just barely covered the bottom of the container. Other “bowl” places charge more but I get enough for 2 meals- this isn’t even one. It used to be a good value.
Now, the service itself. There seems to not be enough staff to cover the order volume- there were 2 people on the line, plus one other, on a Friday evening. It took a very long time to receive my item even with nobody else in front of me.
Staff behavior- when I walked in, they were joking around, being goofy, which is fine, I’m glad you can have some fun. But while I was waiting for my food, a fourth person arrived, talking to a friend over the counter as she apparently finished getting ready to work. She had her long curly hair down, and proceeded to put it up in a clip and put on her visor directly at the. Counter. I also observed her putting her finger on her mouth twice, and picking at a band aid, in full view of everyone waiting or eating. She also tossed trash from far away, missed the can, but did not pick it up. At no point did I see her wash her hands.
I don’t do this to be petty, and I don’t write a lot of bad reviews. I can let things slide here and there but this was beyond terrible all around experience. Corporate needs to check on this location, because it has fallen fully off the deep end.
And to the franchisee- TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HAVE EVEN A SHRED OF FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS.
