I ordered a footlong BLT and cookies today. Took it home to enjoy it on my lunch break, took 1 bite into the cookies and got nothing but an intense fragrance smell that is now lingering in my mouth. The sub tasted off like it was old food. Something does not seem right with this order. Either someone sprayed themselves right before handling the food or something needs to be cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Ordered 70 6″ subs for teachers and Mike and Patience did an amazing job. Had it all ready early and made the whole thing effortless. They were really professional, friendly, and helpful. I recommend this subway in particular for large party orders as they’ve always come through. Well done guys!

I want a refund for my order I did not get. I could not get ahold of an actual person and who I did talk to was completely uneducated on whether my cancelled order would be refunded. Some one needs to contact me or I will be blasting this company all over every platform I can. I have added two photos of which my order was canceled and I was still charged with no word on wether I would be refunded or not because “it was this employee’s first time refunding and online order and he’s pretty sure it will be refunded but he just don’t know”.

This is my “12 inch flat bread” sub I ordered for pickup. It’s literally two 6 inch pieces of flatbread folded onto themselves. The worst part was that there was a manager or trainer or whomever hovered over this girl checking her work making sure it was “satisfactory”. WTH? BTW, I don’t fault the girl who made it, she was obviously told it was OK to make it like this.

I ordered a flat bread sub, just wanted a 6in. She just turned the 12 in bread , putting meat on the small end and rolling it up like a wrap. The flat bread was hard and the veggies were frozen. My husband’s subs sub bun was a little dry but ok.

Workers don’t like doing their job, they hate if you have 7 footlongs to order. Portioning was in the trash, some subs got a bunch of veggies while the other subs got one or two pieces.

Service was great! The staff was very friendly, professional and prepared my meal very quickly. The parking lot was clean and for the most part the store was too with several of the tables needed wiped off. But in the employee’s defense, I think she was the only staff member on duty. As usual the sub was delicious. I don’t think I have ever had a Subway meal I was not happy with. Only negative things were the tables were not clean and the Coke was all carbonation. Interestingly enough, a person that reads my reviews joined me at my table and we had a very enjoyable and enlightening conversation.

I encountered a rude & aggressive employee named Roy! I ordered online & was checking my sandwich inside Subway & that seemed to bother him. He was making sandwiches for another customer & stopped what he was doing just to tell me that it was correct. Of course it wasn’t correct! He was so focused on me that I had to ask him what it was to him. There was ham on my sandwich that I didn’t order & he said that one ticket prints the correct order & there’s another that isn’t correct, which makes zero sense! I order sandwiches all the time & that was the first time that I’ve ever heard that excuse! Instead of apologizing, he decided to rude! Since they had to remake my sandwich, I asked if they could put the mayo on the bread. He came to show me a receipt & showed me where I should’ve put it online. He tried to snatch the incorrect sandwich from me, but I had no intentions of keeping it because it was wrong & I don’t eat ham at all. He also told me that if I wanted my sandwich made correctly, I should’ve come inside & watch them make it. If they’d read my online order correctly, my sandwich would’ve been correct! Instead of making the sandwich by the ticket that was on the bag, I had to tell him how to make my sandwich. He did that just to be rude & Roy was VERY unprofessional! I’ve made a complaint to corporate over 3 weeks ago, but I never got a call, apology or resolution! I will NEVER go to this Subway again!!!! I would give zero stars if it were possible!
