The Lou Malnati’s carryout location in Addison sure knows how to make a great classic Pizza that Lou would be proud of.
We do have to order extra tomato sauce, but they don’t overcook it which would ruin the flavor, so it turned out perfect

This was easily one of the best food experiences that we have had traveling in Chicago. Felix was extremely kind and friendly and catered to our needs as best as he could. Food itself was also very yummy. It was our first time having deep dish, and it was a great first time. The food was very fresh and hot. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered an XL cheese with fresh basil. The kitchen clearly ran out of basil or the cooks don’t know what they’re doing(more likely the first bc I’m a chef & know these situations happen) …. They put PARSLEY on it instead of basil and when I called to let them know they said “the kitchen said it was basil.” NO SIR, I can assure you this is NOT BASIL and now none of my guests are happy. Thanks a bunch!

Horrible. They allow you to get the pizza delivered but they use a 3rd party service. When no one comes to pick it up they’re like “oh well”. They don’t even bother to call you and tell you no one is coming to get it. Store personnel are useless. They just keep saying they are a corporate location. What does that even mean?

Pizza wasn’t very appetizing. & the parm was very crunchy and dry:( It looks black underneath the cheese for half of the pizza. I probably wouldnt come back to this location unfortunately.

First time in Chicago wanted to order a deep dish pizza kept getting the runaround from other locations, but this particular location made sure it happened and I was taken care of. Great customer service overly appreciated. Can’t say enough great way to change the view on deep dish for Chicago.

My first time trying this deep dish / stuffed and when I got home I opened it and called them to ask what I bought. They confirmed it was a deep dish/stuffed but we were sure it was pan pizza or something because it was so thin. Thats not it, they put as little sauce on top as possible too and where’s the crust? Take a look at the picture and check out how much cheese is on this ?? And I paid $37 for this pizza bread. Sticking to my original spot on York road in Elmhurst. They have real deep dish and a way better price.
